As always, it was easy to file my state and Fed taxes, I filed and 4 days later received the Fed check and the next day received the State check - both into my checking account.

While yes, I completed everything. But I hate all these "add in" crap and the need to log in to you. I hate the fact you require that crap unlike in the past.

Last year, Turbotax calculated a return of $2114. I received an error notice from IRS and received $800. This year, I paid $300. I just cross my fingers, not to receive a "negative correction" from IRS.

I love to use Turbo Tax, its self-guiding features, additional information, it is educating, easy to follow steps and easy and user-friendly interface! Once I tried it, I always use it and not going to change my mind.

I find it repugnant that despite how you know my AGI being below the FPL that you still charge me $25 to state file on top of the $59 I already pay for your deluxe version. Shame on you.

It's simple just answering simple questions, ON YOUR SCEDULE. No spreading your sensitive information all over or collecting documents to share with a third party.

I have used Tubo tax for years. I couldn’t get the software to download. Wasted my time and money. No support. The change they made in this new way of downloading has caused problems. Yes I have windows 11.

I did not like how I was going to have to pay for State completion of my taxes becuase I used the "online" version when I had already paid for state through my desktop version. It felt like bait and switch.

I don't understand why on the State filing fee payment section at the bottom of the page, Turbo Tax states there will be a $40 filing fee to process the refund and Turbo Tax will automatically deduct from the refund amount.

Terrible experience. Could not download last year's return. Now that I am looking at this year return, it is wanting me to pay for filing when I have already. If you are going to file on the 13th, giv e me back my money and I will mail it in.
