Entering the charitable donations this year was a nightmare. No guidance. Had to spend hours trying to figure out what I was supposed to do. It was a big, unappreciated change from last year.

Question was asked to input 5 digit Principle Company code, Schedule C. NO LINK TO FIND THIS INFORMATION. IRS search did not help, not Intuit problem. Intuit would have been more helpful when asked.

After finishing with my taxes, I choose to E-File my federal taxes. However TURBO TAX would NOT LET ME E-FILE because it said a box was in correct. IT WAS NOT INCORRECT. I checked it like 5 times!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Same exact thing last year

it worked perfectly for me and my spouse to file. however, my return has been rejected 2 times since i sent it the first time i just sent it again for the 3rd time. there were no updates available when i logged back into my return to re-send it.

It was difficult to get to talk with anyone at TurboTax about a very unusual experience. I spent 2 days trying to fix the problem (I accidently interrupted the installation and couldn't find help to continue with the installation.

Turbotax does not accept credit card payment for electronic filing of California tax. This has been a problem for more than 5 years and it still hasn't been fixed.

I found this years tax program very difficult to follow and as a person who donates a lot to charity I missed "It's Deductible". Next year I will investigate other tax programs looking for simplicity and deduction help.

CRASHED TWICE. Difficult to find simple things, like how to file for an extension. Restarting takes you through too many screens before you can get where you want.

It looks like your guidance this year is not as good as in previous years. I had to spend more time looking for items that were better visible before.

i have used turbotax for a very long time, and this year was expensive since i was forced to buy a new computer because your requirement that i must have windows 11. other than that , i like turo tax.
