Turbo Tax is always self-explanatory and very easy to understand and use. I have done my own taxes for years now using TT and wouldn't do them any other way!

When I got to the end, I see that the taxes were completed on 12:07 AM rather than 11:07 PM, which is my time zone. Now I'm worried that I will be penalized.

Product makes even complicated taxes easier to maneuver through, especially with the accountant assistance process embedded into the software. I have used this software for over 15 years and up to now it has been accurate.

turbotax works well. as a constructive comment, when filling out state forms, whay cant you integrate the common information a you fill out the fed? obviously there will be a change occasionally, wouldnt time to complete be cut way down?

for NY State on the 1099-R form the Gross Distribution and the State Distribution have to be same to file electronic. i think the (or statement ) in wrong.

Too many options for add on services. I can see add-ons being added my mistake by others. Feels a bit deceptive. Not a fan but this software gets the job done.

Affordable and easy to use. TurboTax take on the organization and calculations. You just gather all of your documentation and make sure the input is accurate. They do the rest with a mouse-click. In short, it's a good value.

I have used TurboTax for years. Works ok, but not impressed how little the process has changes over the years. By now I would expect better help such as an AI agent/assistant built in to answer questions and clarify unusual circumstances.

The program provides me a guided, user-friendly interface that asks simple questions about my income, deductions, and made it very simple to process and file my Income Tax Return.

California state taxes require too much manual entry when the same information is on last year's tax return. Not sure why TT doesn't carry over the state data and require such a manual review and manual entry of data.
