very poor experience. requests same info multiple times. Continuously tries to upsell to other products I neither need or want. will never purchase again.

I have used Turbo Tax every year since I dont know how long. It was easy to install but a little harder to find a way to purchase it and get the license code this year.

I have been doing my own taxes for the past 5 years. Not could be simpler to use than Turbo tax, especially if you have little deductions. It guides you through the process. It very accurate. Love it.

Did not like the DO NOT FILE, FORM NOT FINAL warnings on the Federal Tax Vouchers. I kept waiting for the warnings to go away after my forms were completed and ready to file.

I have used Turbo Tax for a number of years (since 2008) and have never had any issues. It is a great product. I might try the online version next year since my return is not complicated.

2025 Turbo Tax did not have any selection or guidance for entering Overtime that was not in Box 14 on W2. Required forms and entries required manual entries.

Schedule B is required for filing 1040 if the combined amount for dividend and interest exceeds $1500. When I looked at the list of files for filing, Schedule B is missing even though it was more than the threshold amount.

I WOULD LIKE TO ONLY HAVE TO ANSWER THAT I WANT TO MANUALLY ENTER MY INCOME INFORMATION ONE TIME. I DID NOT LIKE HAVING TO DELCINE THIS SERVICE FOR EACH 1099 FORM.

not happy this year, was not disclosed in advance that would have to upgrade to windows 11. which was not possible on the computer that had all previous tax files. also deluxe no longer computes capital gains!
