Every year I seem to have more trouble with turbo tax. This year, it was difficult to find where to put my banking information in. I did find it. Took too long.

Could not figure out how to add Form 1999-R to show that the withdrawal was from a Roth IRA therefore to show not taxable as box 7 with distribution code T was shown to prove Roth IRA.

It seemed the flow was different this year and I had to get used to it. It might have been helpful to have an overview of what changed in your product not just what changed in the tax laws.

I've used TurboTax for over 15 years. I was really ticked off that you required Windows 11. You could have included Windows 10 with extended security. Had to find a computer with Windows 11

Less Human friendly. I have been using Turbo Tax for about 20 years. For some reason it gets harder and harder to use as its less customer friendly. Sounds like AI has taken over the forms and less human friendly.

I believe the tax forms should already be available by January 15th at the latest. Customers should not have to wait for constant updates. The tax bill was passed in July!!!

I've used Turbotax for years, maybe decades i can't even remember. love it. it walks you through everything and sees all your mistakes. pretty foolproof.

I had difficulty connecting to and logging in to Fidelity and Charles Schwab sites. I had to enter details manually which was time consuming and exhausting due to manual entry

I've used Turbo Tax for years and have never had a problem. I always feel comfortable that the software asks all the questions that could possibly pertain to my return. I recommend this product with absolutely no reservations.

Help is written in hard-to-understand terms and not in depth enough. Would not import 1099-B along with the others. Had missing information. Not easy to understand. Took me 5 hours to slog through.
