I WAS CHARGED TWICE TO EMAIL THE DELAWARE RETURNS. THE FIRST TIME WHEN I FILED MY BROTHER'S RETURNS AND NOW WHEN I FILED MY PERSONAL DELAWARE RETURNS. WHY DO I HAVE TO PAY TWICE TO EMAIL WHEN THE PROGRAM SOFTWARE WAS OVER $50.00?

Buggy when importing last year's records on Mac when not saved in default location. Guided systems misses 1095-A. Always have to go back to correct it.

It's fine for simple returns but if an amendment needed to be made, it was not helpful to determine exactly what was needed nor was there a '?' to ask for clarity.

I've used TurboTax Desktop edition for many years now. Good way to compile the information and then organize it for the tax returns. Simple and straight forward.

I found it more difficult than usual to prepare my taxes. I didn't understand the RMD's, and I hope I completed that part correctly. The Turbo Tax experts were very helpful.

I have been using TT since 1993, it works great. I would not use anything else. I do wish Intuit would make it easy to look at the old TT files I have.

I started using Turbotax in 1996, if not earlier. It is easy to use, and covers all of my situations, which can be complex since I just retired, and is reasonably priced. The e-filing is wonderful.
