Did not appreciate being held hostage to TurboTax's preferred payment method. Could not use my credit card to pay at the end - was forced to use their method of payment.

Was pleased with utility, but after finalizing and FILING electronically, for some reason TurboTax wants me to continue working on my return with REPEATED emails directing me to continue working on my return. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH.

I have been using Turbo Tax for more years than I can count. The software use to be very user friendly. in the past 2 years not only the software is not user friendly it has become cumbersome.

Thanks for telling us that Federal isn't sending checks, tho you still have that option on the filing choice. Now I have to figure out how to get my sons, who is autistic, tax return updated to include direct deposit instead of a check.

I changed from TurboTax on Windows from prior years to TurboTax for Mac this year. Transitioning the data was seamless, and the interface was sufficiently familiar that it did not slow me down at all.

I have used Turbotax for many years now and like that it is easy to follow and guides me through the process so I am comfortable that I haven't missed anything

Overall, good product. As a retiree, I was looking for the additional 6000/person deduction. It never showed up on a screen, so I was unsure if it was calculated into my federal taxes.

Overall the program is very good. My main issue was the download of prior year turbo tax data stored on my computer into the current year. Process started but never completed, appeared to be in a loop.

Generally easy to use and appears to be accurate. However, the interface sometimes required keychain access that was not available at my end, complicating the process when I was almost finished.

I've used Turbotax for years for my own taxes and preparing taxes for my parents. I find it easy to use and I absolutely need to have the ability to prepare multiple returns. Our annual taxes are not complex and Turbotax works great.
