I appreciate knowing my returns are calculated accurately. I was briefly frustrated at the start by a confusing bit of information re; social security. It all came together in the end.

After purchasing TT Deluxe I couldn't get it to install. I got an error message. I had to borrow my son's computer and use his copy of TT Deluxe. So I wasted money on a code that only returns an error message.

Only problem was that I had to wait over two weeks from when I bought software before I could enter data on retirement income because that module wasn't ready.

Now that you have removed "It's Deductible" I will have to reconsider whether or not to continue with TT or some other product. Additionally, there were just some things about TT this year made it a bit more difficult to use.

Once again happy with Turbo Tax. Easy to use and accurate. Things to improve: Occasionally found it difficult to re-do a particular topic or calculation or to add to or update a particular topic or calculation.

It did not import the proper data from my tax returns and I encountered problems in submitting my payment. It would not allow me to enter the month of expiration when I tried to pay

I have been using Turbo Tax for years and like the ease of use and accuracy. There have never been issues with filing either the Federal or State returns.

It is more user friendly. It gives hint, line number, and year to calculate my numbers. I like the detail information on my taxable eligibility to the topics. It guides me through the whole things from beginning to end!

Thank you for making my tax preparation easy and efficient. I love the guidance the software provides. As well as ensuring all the updated Tax changes are incorporated in the software.

I found that there were a number of changes that made this year's return more difficult. The general flow was just not as clean as it has been in the past.
