Didn't know that this version only worked with windows 11. I did have a PC with windows 11 but I wanted to use it on my other PC with windows 10. Why did you make it to only work with windows 11?

Overall the program is very good. My main issue was the download of prior year turbo tax data stored on my computer into the current year. Process started but never completed, appeared to be in a loop.

The directions were not a clear as previous versions as well as more difficult to find explanations. I had to use a search engine several times to get answers. Maybe this is all part of TurboTax trying to get payment for assistance.

I have been using TT for many years. It always does the job for me, but this year I have seen a huge drop in usability. There is too much eye-candy and too much upselling. It took me substantially longer this for a simple return.

ease of use is good, but getting rid of It's Deductible made me regret this purchase. Plus, all the upselling is annoying. I hate having to need an account to pay for e-filing by credit card. Next year I will look at an alternative.

great. Only thing I found different was the RMD page could be clearer as to what amount should be enter, such as "RMD required amount for tax year (then the box to enter it).

Why is TurboTax trying to charge me $40? I have tried selecting paying for state with a bank account and with the state - still is trying to charge me $40.

Two of the returns filed through TurboTax were reviewed and determined incorrect. IRS adjusted the return amount. I cannot determine where the flaw is in TurboTax.
