Word of caution: don't import documents from an investment broker unless all documents are ready. It becomes very difficult to import the rest later. I just had to completely start a new return.

Each year your software engineers make changes in the process of completing the TurboTax walk-through questions that cause the TurboTax preparation experience to be harder than the prior year.

Had some difficulty completing 2025 taxes this year....Turbo Tax seemed to get me in loops that did not allow me to continue completing the task I have used Turbo Tax for many years and each year it seems to come with more and more frustration.

Seup instructions incorrect. Also reference to code was not accurate. Had to buy new laptop to get to Windows 11. Oter laptops were good, but not upgradeable.
