I've used Turbo almost since day one. It has always been good. EXCEPT need to download every time I decide to work on taxes , could I have the option with a last enforced download just before filing?

Intuit/Turbotax is providing false advertising: you advertise that federal tax filing is free and yet I was charged $60. My federal tax schedule indicates a refund $2437. I actually received $$2377. Explain???

Turbo Tax is made for someone like me -- old. It guides me through all the subjects I needs and I can go back and review them at any time to make sure I am doing things correctly.

Even with downloading brokerage statements, keeps asking for specific info that's on the form. And asks obscure questions that are difficult to understand. They make it very frustrating and more time consuming then it ought to be.

Could not find last years file and had to input all of the information. Unsure why last year's file is missing as I still have the program installed on my laptop.

I've used TurboTax for quite a few years. It is easy to use and I have always let it guide me through the process to be sure I don't miss anything. Never have had a problem with the results.

TurboTax crashed twice while downloading updates. Then it crashed four more times while I was preparing a return. The last crash was after when I was ready to file, but I had to completely start over.

Wish TT would have kept the interface w/ability to determine used price for donation items given to charities........I liked the old TT 2021/22/23/24. Found it very time consuming w/o.

If you are reasonably educated on taxes, Turbo Tax is quite easy to follow. There are occasional questions which come up but they are easy to resolve.

overall , a positive experience as it has been for some years. HOWEVER, if you enter the state you reside in you get locked it to state entries and the drop down to "remove state return" just does not work.
