It would not download my 2024 Turbo Tax return. After I completed 90% of my return it froze up and it did not save anything and I ended up having to completely redue it. NOT HAPPY

Have been working with TurboTax for years, but if we're paying for a product, at least let us file state and federal at that price, rather than a hidden upcharge.

Horribly overpriced software. Tries to up-sell you dozens of times, and they seem to go out of their way to make taxes even more complicated than they already are.

Not accurate. Michigan state return tries to tax for police officer pension. No question in interview addresses it. I had to go in manually to change it.

I found this years tax program very difficult to follow and as a person who donates a lot to charity I missed "It's Deductible". Next year I will investigate other tax programs looking for simplicity and deduction help.

We are very satisfied with the TurboTax application and interface. We use both "step-by-step" and "forms" mode, and find each very helpful. You can't beat the price as compared to utilizing a direct accountant.

product works, enough said on that. the $40 fee for refund processing is an outrageous afront to we customers. we alll should be lookung at alternative choices

No help to report issues. Had issues with accuracy. It was finally fixed with an update, but had I submitted the day before it would not have sent correct information. Totally unacceptable.

Easy to use and flexible for most seniors. I've been using for years so the entry and sequence is very familiar evens in face of a few changes each year.
