Took a little longer this year to get some of the categories available for entry. I understand that is was because of the tax changes. Overall easy to use

I don't remember having a fee for a Federal electronic filing before. I guess I'll be back to paper filing next year. Didn't like the number of ads for additional services, either.

Ask for use information for CA 540 form. Had to get to the internet to figure out what you were asking for. Also, the type size is small and difficult to read.

I thought that it was an efficient process, but I would be interested in an easier data entry for investment income when there is more than one type of income (e.g., 1099-DIV and 1099-B) for each account. Overall, I'm pleased with the product.

Following the tax form process was good. But what made the whole process AWFUL was that first the program was stuck on a symbol to where I could not go to any other page and had to force quit the program twice. NOT ACCEPTABLE!!!!

Walking through it step by step was the BEST. The option giving to add on live help is great, even if you ended not using it. This is my fourth year using Intuit Turbotax and I highly recommending to Family and Friends

The directions were not a clear as previous versions as well as more difficult to find explanations. I had to use a search engine several times to get answers. Maybe this is all part of TurboTax trying to get payment for assistance.

I have been using TT for many years. It always does the job for me, but this year I have seen a huge drop in usability. There is too much eye-candy and too much upselling. It took me substantially longer this for a simple return.

It is a useful aide. It is intuative and gives you options. It is the only system I use. I thank you for this system. t is the only system that I use.

I was very pleased with TurboTax. I would add two changes: (1) I want TurboTax to alphabetize the list of charities. (2) When making changes, I would like to go straight to the item without repeating the subtopics related to it.
