Very good product. There could be a better distinction, when starting to use the product, in when I am using the app vs. the on line version presenting itself on my screen at the same time.

I tried to eFile 1040X for 2025, but Desktop TurboTax says I can only eFile 1040X if I originally eFiled 1040 VIA TurboTax Deluxe Desktop AND included original payment at that time.

Easy to follow step by step. I think you need to give more information about whom qualify for earned income credit. When you said you do not qualify, we need an explanation why. for ex. your age, your income, etc

New format was hard to get use to and learn. Might as well look for new software to complete taxes. That and the fee for direct deposit is way too high.

I have used Turbo Tax for over 10 years and I find it very user friendly, informative, and I especially like that i continually reviews my entries for accuracy. This is truly amazing as I am a senior and technologically challenged.

failed to transmit because it needed updating. Turbotax should have checked itself before transmitting and being rejected. no clear instructions about how to fix the problem. Had to use google because tons of other people had the same problem.
