I continue to acquire turbo tax s/w every year. An old user sort of speak. and every year the tax changes are reflected properly into the s/w for users to be able for completion of their tax returns properly and accurately.

the changes made to this year made it extremely difficult. I had to download last year return 3 times before it loaded with ball the information. terrible interface to enter 1099. hardtop follow.

Didn't handle RMD QCD very well. I had to dig to find out why it didn't ask for the QCD information. Finally, went directly to form 1099-R and found the spot to enter the information. Good thing I knew that it was needed!

I've been using Turbo Tax for a long time Since about 1994 on 5.5 inch floppy. This version was the worst so far. It was much more confusing than any other year. It got the job done, but it took me much longer than other years.

Can't get Turbo Tax to e-file my state return, it keeps saying payment failed but there isn't a place to enter my payment method and when I hit "continue" it wants to close Turbo Tax completely.

I have used TurboTax for over thirty years. It has been a very good and reliable tax software. I recommend it to my friends and will continue to use in the future.

I had to redo my taxes even after I saved my copy because this program screwed up. I've used turbo tax for years. It may be time to find another software to use.

For some reason this morning, I feared I'd need to pay for a professional to prepare my taxes this year. Lucky for me, they weren't taking on new work at this time, because TurboTax was so easy and use (as it always has been).

Very good information provided describing changes in tax requirements from last year. Very easy to go forward and backwards during the process. Simple and easy to follow.

I think i got bad software ... have been using turbo-tax for many years ... this was just a mess .. kept sending me to a page .. that asked for a ''PIN" .. but would not let me enter anything. i skipped sections to complete the taxes
