I bought this in December, and was largely unable to use it until Late January, even then it had numerous bugs, mainly in the Energy credits pages that kept me from filing until February 13 (I'm waiting to see if they are rejected forte 4th time).

Federal software is fine but AGAIN the State e-filing is screwed up. It will not go into the credit card payment area. This happened last year and looking at HELP topics in the TTax community, it has been happening for several years.

Ease of use declined this year. Updates signed me out of account, and i had to go find my return. Not as easy to file this year. frustrated with it on Macbook.

Some of the categories were confusing and there was no way to get an easy and quick answer. I needed specific and targeted answers and the system didn’t provide them.

Fast and efficient and made it so easy to do my taxes and file them all in one sitting. I know it's accurate too. I loved the features too. Very compatible too. The interface was easy to follow.

IRS corrected my return changing refund to balance due, I agree with their changes but do not know where to send the payment and nothing in turbo tax gives me that address

Actually, I am frustrated with Turbo Tax in its present version. I used to be able to use it for end of year tax planning. I can't do that anymore because you don't have forms ready.

Federal product was mediocre, much the same as last year. State product (New Mexico) was abysmal. Very little information appears to flow from Fed to State return and there's virtually no help at all in State product.
