Overall I prefer using turbotax over live 3rd party preparers. Have never had to use turbotax advice service. Have always just researched and plowed through the screens one at a time.

PA tax return is a nightmare.. it keeps circulating back to the same thing on a exempt dividend worksheet and asks to fill in exempt information when there is none.

Backdoor ROTH process was not that easy to follow as Turbo Tax "help" did not provide a step-by-step process with screen shots. Also, the bank EFT payment/deposit method for the state tax did not automatically transfer from the federal return.

Always after each update, instead of TTax going back to where you left off, it always goes back to the beginning. Been doing this for years but Intuit just doesn't get it, or they're not interested in correcting this annoyance.

When importing documents from the same entity, I had to enter a package and document number. It would be nice if I saw those numbers within TurboTax so I could easily see which entries go to which imports.

Completed my return with little or no issues. It had changed a bit from last years edition, so it took me a liittle time to figure it out. But overall it's a great program...

I was very pleased with TurboTax. I did speak to an expert about some questions that I had and she was very helpful and friendly. I was very pleased with her guidance concerning the questions that I had.

I found this year's software a bit confusing when trying to enter data at the beginning. Once I got past this problem it was like the old Tubo Tax, I'm used to working with in th past years.

False advertisement and lots of fees on the back end. $40 processing fee. $25 state processing fee. Don't waste your time. Go to a professional and pay an extra $30 and save 3 hours of your life.

it took 3 tries to get thru your purchased product. accuracy and compatibility questionable. Different results each time. your software gets confused between online and desktop.
