After completing my tax return it kept printing 'DO NOT FILE' on my 1040-ES estimated tax forms. kept restarting program and reprinting and IT KEPT HAPPENING.

Used TurboTax for years. This year it seemed a little more complicated. You keep trying to sell addons. I could go to a CPA if I wanted to spend that much.

TurboTax is the way to go! We've been using TurboTax for 30+ years. Our adult children & church family are also using TurboTax. Thank you TurboTax.

very easy until I got to the print for mail in, (verses e-mail option), for federal and state. Just a bit of difficulty printing out and then returning to TurboTax for final close out.

As long as I have been using the product, it seems to be easier to use or maybe I'm getting better at using it. I t appears the product has improved over the years.

Turbo tax makes all the tax calculations and submissions easy. Unfortunately, the module It's Deductible was not present this year and th impacted ho I had to handle my contri.butions. I really miss that module.

Quirk caused by New York State's electronic filing rules. Even though my 1099-R Box 16 is blank. New York State requires a value. I never would have known how to resolve this were it not for AI.

I have been using Turbotax for many years and have always been satisfied with the ease of use and help/instructions when needing more information on a topic.

easy to use. However, the donation calculation (such as clothes, kitchen,....) is not there anymore ! existed in prior years and were very useful !!!

In my opinion, TurboTax is an excellent product. My one concern is that an individual with a small refund will find this product too expensive. Sincerely, Harvey Linda
