it is an OK software, a bit clunky. been that way for years. also if you have to do anything out of the unusual it is a pain to work with , ie going to forms and adding data

1099-R entries was still screwed up even after updating twice. Tried several times to delete form 8995 but it was still not deleted. Have not filed for a business in several years.

The guidance provided by TurboTax was very helpful and pretty straight forward. The info windows were very helpful in giving more info and explanation for any questions that I had. Pretty easy to follow.

I've been using Turbo Tax for many years! It has evolved for the better. I love the financial data can be imported, as well as my prior year info. Having the ability to research and "learn" with reliable information is fantastic!

The statement, Ok, we know it's taking more than a moment, is way overused. The ability to go to the next page usually requires scrolling down even on shorter pages. For an ex-IT person, your programing isn't all that remarkable.

I am trying to e-file my return. It won't let me because I haven't finish my state return - Washington. Washington doesn't have a state return. It won't let me bypass it. What to do?

I am shocked and stunned at the number and amounts of added fees for convenience, such as the $40 charge for direct deposit. I won't be using your services next year.

Shame on you, TurboTax for charging a $45 fee to download a second state, and then, still charging $25 more dollars to actually e-file that second state! I should have bought a stamp!

Each year it gets progressively glitchy. The push to go online is way too much even though you wish we all would do it for your convenience or something. I will quit using TurboTax if that ends up being the only option in the future.
