I love using turbo tax because it is easy for me to walk through the steps of filing my taxes. I do have some experience with filing taxes, so this is an easy interface to work with. This is my go to program.

Your 2025 tax was not connected to It's Deductible for charitable deductions. Per years the connection between the two program worked well. What happen!!!

Everything went well. Recommend you get North Carolina to waive $25 e-file charge. It is in their own interest to have e-file versus having people send in paper copies of their tax forms.

Awful. Why did you change from previous years?? Confusing. Too much redundancy. Can't figure out items like prior years Social Security lump-sum payments. I won't use TurboTax ever again.

For a boiler plate program on as complicated a topic as income taxes, this is probably one of the best ones to use for returns that are not specifically complicated.

I have been using TurboTax for years. The format is familiar and easy for me to follow. Loading the prior year return info helps me make sure I haven't forgotten anything.

Turbo tax is a great tool for completing the annual Income tax returns. However the ever increasing cost of the Turbo Tax software may cause me to complete my income me tax return without Turbo Tax.

I have been using TurboTax since retiring and this year I moved from PC to OS platform so it was a bit of a learning curve but TurboTax continues to shine.

The program is easy to use, and I've used it for decades. It would be nice if there was broader explanation of terms when searching for detailed information.
