After +20 years you are still the hands down best Tax software. Even though i dad to buy a new lap top with Windows 11 and MS , this went so smoothly. The edit icon points are right where they need to be. Excellent in all respects.

It walks you through everything easily and even explains something if you have a question. Also love that it imports data from the previous year, so you don't have to type in all that information.

It was difficult to find the codes and passwords you asked for. Perhaps I'm too old (86) for this stuff and your guidance was challenge to promptly follow.

They removed It's Deductible,which is a primary reason I've bought this in the past. This year I had to go open a previous return file and access it that way. REALLY awful to surreptitiously degrade the software without notice.

It was very bad this year. It was hard to download forms and it put in one amount twice, almost costing me an extra $4000. I won't trust it in the future.

I called to get help with getting into my Turbo Tax account and Christina was very helpful! She walked me through the entire process. I have used Turbo Tax for several years and I like the way it takes you through the process one step at a time.

I have used this program for many years now and have had no problems filing and dong them myself, so I don't have to spend a fortune to get my taxes done and I do it on my time not the taxman's.

Had trouble with the check box for type of form... wound up in a loop. otherwise, downloaded 1099's etc lacked information and I had to fill in blank information to get past final checks.

Been using TurboTax for over 30 years. There have been significant changes but always written for the non-professional tax preparer. TurboTax has given me great assistance in understanding the process and forms.

Most of TT is fine...it would be nice if the font size could be adjusted to be larger. TT does not know how to accurately fill out New Jersey Worksheet C - IRA Withdrawals. This is a recurring problem, year after year. TT should fix this problem.
