First time user. Mostly ok but : editing information after a certain point seems impossible, K-1 forms did not mimic the actual K-1 I received from the accountant making finding the proper info somewhat difficult. Also, I got a thumbs up ready to file, hit the file now button and then it's whoops there's an entry not complete and have go back and rectify it. Lastly, add said one free state return. Mine cost $25.

It was going fine until I tried to file my Georgia state tax by e-file and it would not process my payment information, said it hit a snag. Called and talked with one of your agents and we applied the payment on 3/21/2026, went back into today to e-file my Georgias state tax return and it was still not going through because payment would not process. I have been using TuboTax for years and never had a problem until now, The order number for the payment is IEPCA297027609 with a PCA 67016. I have disputed this charge through my credit card ending in 3015. I was told to wait until charge processed to do that.

It was very confusing when I payed for and downloaded the desktop version, but a large box appears that says continue to online. With a small text that says stay on desktop. I did my whole return without realizing this and when it would not file; that's when it became clear. Please fix that. If someone purchases the desk top let them continue on the desktop version.

We have used TurboTax for many years and have been pleased with how user-friendly it is. Although we don't purchase TurboTax's additional services, we have great confidence in the annual Tax Return prep software and purchase the Deluxe version with Fed & State every year.

I was not as pleased with TurboTax as normally I expected this year. I am a CPA and normally have no issues with the software. This year required answers on lines that did not require answers. I actually prepared the return twice to attempt to bypass some of the requirements. The program generated a penalty for something we had no control over. I generated the return without the K-1 (results, IRS owed us,1,250) and then with the K-1 (we owed the IRS 9, 676 with the interest). I only received the K-1 on 3/20/2026) Your calculation for the nonpayment of Interest seems.

I was frustrated on several occasions with my Turbo Tax experience this year. I had to call CS because you let me download the software without paying for it, but required an access code to use, that I then had no option to pay to get. I tried the online version first and could not get some screens to resize so I could enter information because the enter button was at the bottom and I couldn't see/access it. I had the feeling that real people did not vet this software before sending out into the world. I will have to decide next year if the trouble I had is worth the satisfaction of doing my taxes myself.

Very easy to use. Set up and delivery couldn’t be easier. The download was simple.

As a senior adult with a new laptop, I struggled with understanding all of the prompts and explanations.

Explanations in some areas seemed less clear than in previous years' versions, but is still a wonderful aid to get taxes done and out of the way!

TurboTax Deluxe does a great job of walking us through all of the things we need to do to file our taxes. Great job, Intuit!
