Very disappointed in the $40 Refund Processing Fee that is dropped on the tax payer in the final steps- dishonest, unethical and other unpleasant terms. You won't print this and don't care; it's all about ,money. Turbo tax is becoming as expensive as private tax preparer; watch out you may lose customers.

I have used TurboTax for years and like it. My only complaint is that it constantly tries to recommend getting the state tax option too, when there are no state taxes for Florida (my state). I feel like that is a bit of a scam because it should know that there are no state taxes for Florida so it should not continuously ask me to buy an unnecessary add on product.

I have had many years of great software experience with Intuit TurboTax product. This 2025 product was not up to previous products. I bought download product and I had to wait to complete my tax return because of incomplete information. Even having completed my taxes I cannot print out my State until features are 'fixed.' This is a first!

You've got to fix your bugs and reduce your e-file price. Spent 2 hours with support to buy another state return. Also, you claim free federal e-filing and charge $40 and $25 per state for e-file. We are living in 2026 where submitting things electronically is the norm. Charge more for the product and less for the add-ons.

Great product. I have been using it many years now and plan to keep using it. I never have to worry about if it processes the information correctly or not. I like the fact that it takes me through all the key topics so I don't miss anything. Keep up the good work.

After I finished my taxes I went to file. As I was paying (credit card) the drop down menu would not allow me to put the credit card expiration month in . It would not take the 12 in the drop down menu. This is the worse version of TT I have ever used in the past 20 years just terrible, It also told me my file didn't go through. Then it charged my credit card for the state fee. Then it told me my taxes went through. I'm hoping they were filed.

A few glitches this year but overall excellent. The whole Canadian business regarding retirement was weird and it took going to the chat to get it cleaned up and removed from my return. I file very early so I guess it takes time for these things to show up???

TurboTax is very easy to use. Helps you every step of the way with guidance when needed. I recommend this software to anyone who wants to do their taxes (if they feel confident) rather than having to pay someone else to do them for you. You can't go wrong. I have been using them since 2003 and never had an issue.

Turbo Tax initially informed me on 2/8/26 that my taxes were transmitted successfully. But in fact they (Fed taxes and State taxes) did not transmit successfully. I discovered 5 days later that my taxes did not transmit when I checked for the status of my taxes.

Overall, your product is very good. For many years, my only challenge has been handling 'parsonage allowance' for members of the clergy. This time again, I had to pay and call your tax advisor. It always proves to be an exercise in hunting for the forms which is discretely hidden with coded language. Maybe you folks can clear that up for next year. Otherwise, thank you.
