I've been using Turbo Tax for years/decades now. As usual, Turbo Tax was easy t use and handled all of my needs perfectly. Thanks for providing such a useful and friendly software package. All five review topics were provided perfectly. I'll be using Turbo Tax software as long as you continue to provide it each year and I'm still doing our taxes myself. Thanks again.

The tax preparation program is fine but it took over 20 minutes to get through the Captua routine just to pay you $20. Annoyed enough that I will consider another software after using TurboTax for over 20 years, Everyone in my family had trouble and called me. I can't keep recommending a software that they can't use. TurboTax keeps asking to sign up or spend money and you have gone from trusted to very scammy.

I had some difficulty loading TurboTax to my computer this year. For some reason, I could see the file, but the return start page didn't show up. I kept trying to load it, and I ended up with two files. The other confusing part was the start page trying to encourage filing on your website, whereas I had purchased the package from a retail store and didn't want to avail myself of your website. It doesn't seem as secure. I did like the $10 credit plus the ease of using the program once I was able to start me returns. The ease of e-filing is so nice. The return is calculated accurately, and the topics offer goo guidance.

Overall like the product. I would love if it were a little more user in regards to some items. In my case, I generally have several W2Gs (30 this year.) It would be great if there was add another W2 G from same facility option instead of having to retype Name/Address/ phone number/ tax number every single time.

Everything went well until I got to the filing section. I was able to efile my federal form, so I did but when I attempted print my state form I got stuck in a circle where it wanted me to pick efile or do later. I finally had to go back to the start of filing and pick mail my federal before it let me pick mail my state return

I have liked turbotax in the past but the updates are HORRIBLE!!!! I HATE IT!!!!! IT"S IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND THINGS, trys to get you to do it online, can't find a summary to do community property adjustements. I am SO frustrated and will not be using turbotax again!

As usual, the 2025 Federal State Income Tax Product is very comprehensive and very intuitive with its very effective GUIDANCE tool. It takes a lot of the "guess work" out of preparing taxes and supplies easily understandable narrative to each section. This wil continue to be my "GO TO" tax prep software to use for my tax preparation.

Product is easy enough to use but because 2026 taxes included senior legislation from the One Big Beautiful Bill, I received zero feedback as to if I received an extra exemption, or if I got $6000 for seniors and why or why not. Your software is aged so at best you would have gotten 4 stars. And stop advertising all your add ons

TT has a glitch with Business deductions. It automatically enters a 0 for anything I don't need including Energy Efficient Commercial Bldg & then won't e-file, because there's a 0 on that line. It was difficult to determine how to fix this. I read several comments online.

I purchased the download but the automatic WEB download kept interfering with the program. UGH it delayed starting the process. I have used Turbo Tax for decades. This was the first time I had problems. Is it because you are transitioning to a different format?
