Easy to use. My only frustration was that this product was put on the market weeks ago but key forms were not available until today (two weeks later). I know this is to ensure that the most recent information/forms are available but the product was worthless to me from the time I bought it until today.

Turbotax was much better and safer when Intuit sold in stores as full version CD Disc. Downloading takes way too long and is not as safe. AI is no help. Many many many other users have complained about not being able to purchase a hard copy CD Disc either. Intuit is just like other software companies, more concerned about saving money versus customer satisfaction.

Turbotax desktop is great I use it every year. This year I thought I would try turbo tax online, well I switched back to the desktop halfway through my taxes. I was having issues with it not allowing me to click on things and then not letting proceed. So the desktop version id defiantly the way to go for me.

The product is great however you have a bug in it that wipes out the computer moth board it happen last year and I had to replace it and it happen again this year this get expensive so I will not be buying turbo tax any more I have used this since 1914

Does not really answer questions. You end up having to go to the internet or the IRS to get more detailed information. It's not worth buying the program for simple taxes with the standard deduction being so large. Money for the program, money to file, advertisements the whole way...spend money to pay money. Thanks.

I find that TurboTax software is becoming less user friendly. Explanations are using terms geared more towards tax professionals than to everyday Americans. I'm fairly intelligent so I know I can find the information elsewhere, but for the people that don't understand as easily or are intimidated by less colloquial vocabulary, this program won't be helpful.

Very good tax software have been using for 25 plus years and have seen the growth of the software in that time. It imports previous tax information very well so as to take some of the burden of not having to input information every year. Have not had any problems with accuracy of my returns. Will continue to use in the future.

I have used TurboTax for several years now, and have always been very happy with it until this year. This year, the interface had tiny font, with no way to increase it. It was also glitchy in that when asking about how long one of my kids lived with us, I chose 4 months, and the software kept changing it to 6 months. Furthermore, there was no "Help" feature, which would have been useful, particularly in trying to understand what it was asking. And it referred to the incorrect line on the VA State tax form. So it's only barely made the 4 star rating, where in years past it would have been 5 stars.

FIRST TIME I HAVE EVER HAD AN ISSUE WITH TT. THIS WAS REGARDING IMPORTING FINANCIAL INFORMATION FROM MY FINANCE CO. IT APPEARS THERE WAS AN UPDATE FEB 23 BUT STILL WAS AN ISSUE WITH THE "ALLOW" BUTTON FOR IMPORTING. I MANUALLY HAD TO TRY TO ENTER SAID INFORMATION AND NOT SURE I HIT ALL THE CORRECT FORMS. WE WILL SEE. THIS IS THE MAIN REASON I USE TT BUT IF THIS IS AN ONGOING PROBLEM I MAY HAVE TO SWITCH. MY RETURN IS EASY BUT NOT THIS YEAR.

I have been using for 20+ years. All excellent. I don't know what happened to the 2025 version. Full of changes causing glitches; I answered all questions and the answers were not populated on certain Forms 8606. The IRA/RMD calculations were not clear, etc., etc. It took me more than twice as long to be able to complete and finish. I was not a happy camper. Did Intuit respond nationally to explain what happened? I am wondering if 2026 will be the same. I may be trying out another service if Intuit doesn't explain what happened to all it's users.
