Excellent product. I downloaded or imported many of my tax information forms (ex 1099's) into TT and found great deal of ease, comfort and accuracy of the posted information into the return. Made my task much easier and was able to review the product.

This is the twice that I have had to get a new computer to run Turbo Tax. That does not make me happy! However Your support people are absolutely wonderful. When there is a problem of 3 items not adding up show all 3 and make any of them changeable.

Overall - OK experience. I was disappointed in having to wait so long into 2026 for the 1099 section to be available. Federal review did not flag that I had not input 1095A information. I expect the program to know/be able to see that I had form 1095A the previous tax year. I expect the program to flag me to be sure to enter in the new tax year, if the program sees that the form is missing during the review process. Often after applying the required updates, and I select to Continue using the program, it does not restart and take me to the main screen/page.

I have used Turbo Tax for many years and I found it very difficult to enter data and review that data this year. I got into some kind of loop 2 different times and could not move forward. Ai did not help and I had to call a live expert. Both live experts were helpful and considerate.

very upset that you did not support Windows 10 for at least 1 more year. also the refund amount did not match the one I got whlle online with Turbo Tax. the software version was less. I also now have to ask for a refund for Deluxe online because I ended up having to install it on a windows 11 machine so I do not want to pay for both. one last really really irritating thing is that I never received the emails when I tried to do efile on website. I am just not a happy camper at all at the moment

I didn't like it compared to past years, I forget why I have to buy Premier so i don't get charged so much at the end of filing my taxes. I had a few issues Turbo Tax, Like I needed to open my 2024 taxes & it had to update & then wouldn't let me in without the activation Key!! I don't keep the activation key for Taxes I already completed Last year, but I guess I learned my Lesson. Also why would I go on line to do turbo tax after I purchased the software? I kept getting pushed in the beginning to go with online version. maybe if it was free to file my taxes. it was difficult to add donations, last year and years before, I logged into intuit & filled out a form, this year I just didn't add anything due to time and difficulty with your system, kind of stressful & confusing through out.

Program different look than previous years. Simplified questioning. Questions easy to follow and understand. Additional info boxes are useful when more details are needed. Love the accuracy of the calculations. Importing of financial records and how it fills in the forms correctly makes it so, so helpful for us seniors. Will use it again next year for sure.

You did not ask me for my IRS ID PIN. I submitted my returns 2 times with rejections before I realized this is why the federal was rejected. It was not easy to go back to the forms to find where to put the IRS ID Pin. Very frustrating for you to keep telling me everything is ok with the returns only to have the IRS reject it.

It took a while to figure out how to access the application. FinalIy figured that out. I got through about 1/3 of it when my system crashed and did not save what I had already done. We had income from numerous sources other than W-2s.Also when entering income from 1099R's, it did not clarify that the income from BOTH spouses needed to be entered at the same time. After I figured that out, it was fairly smooth sailing.

I've been using turbo since 1998, for a person who is afraid of doing your own taxes this product is for you.It saves everything from year to year which makes it easy to do each year by pulling up what you need the next year. If I can do this, then anyone can do it
