I have been using Turbotax for over 30 years. It is scary to know that updates continue after you filed your income taxes. I just had another update and it is May 1st. Did it affect my earlier filing? I don't know.

I have been using Turbo Tax since 1985. So far, it has been no problem with my returns to both Federal and State agencies. My returns have been very accurate over the years.

Had problems for weeks with the 2025 updater. Program would not work. I reinstalled th progra, and followed the recommended ateps and it still didn't work. Finally, I foumd a link for a manual update. VERT FRUSTRATING!

The software should allow you to attach pdf supporting documentation (such as a letter from a doctor) for certain listed medical deductions. The IRS requires a letter in some cases.

Your fed program is good, but your Colorado State form is not accurate. You are missing the fact that colorado requires prepayment of income taxes and there is no prompt in your program to enter any amounts for prepaid income taxes.

great experiance although i wish you guys would open the phone lines on saturday and sunday other than that it only took me a month to finish all 4 yearts of tax returns

I have been using TurboTax for years and loved it, this year was horrible! What a mess, so hard to navigate, even hard to sign out. Worst update on a site that I have ever seen. Will be looking for something else next year.

I have used TurboTax many times and I like it. It's easy to use. I like the clarifying explanations and examples given to explain in more detail what is required.

advice and instructions are sometimes hard to get online and in a timely manner hate the fact that i can't finish my taxes without filling out your survay

Tax software works well but you have to pay attention and know something about whats needed to file. I almost missed reporting my SS income because I expected the software would prompt me for this info. I would not recommend this for complete novice as basic filing knowledge is required.
