Only AFTER I filed my federal return and printed a copy was I aware that Turbo Tax prepared substantial estimated quarterly payment vouchers for 2026! This should be immediately revealed and explicitly stated when final review of the return is completed, and before the return is filed.

Overall a great product. I feel very comfortable being led through the many fields. Only complaint is that to file state, I have to pay $25. OK, that is not too bad. But it's really bad that you charge a fee of $40 to have the $25 taken out of my federal return! Come on, a $40 fee to pay a $25 bill? It's just wrong. I undid it and charged to credit card.

Was enrolled in the plan that autobuys the new year every year, but did not know that you discontinued support for Its Deductible mid-year (after I had been entering stuff into it all year). Why would you cancel a tax product mid-year?! I wouldn't have renewed if I'd've realized you got rid of it. And to do that without telling me is even worse. In addition, my initial return was rejected because of not including the right number of Form 1116. Isn't that what the software is for? To determine which forms to file? How can you check the return for errors, then not include the right forms? I resubmitted today, after an update, but this is ridiculous. You determine which forms to include, not me, and you apparently did it incorrectly. How can I have any comfort in your software if you screw up basic things like that? I will be moving to a different provider next year, after being a loyal user of Turbo Tax for decades.

Turbotax Deluxe 2025 (desktop) downloaded, installed, and ran well on my VAIO laptop computer. There was one glitch: For state e-filing, the credit card expiration month didn't accept "10" or "12". I had to use a third credit card with a "03" expiration month, which was OK. This might have been an Intuit payment problem instead of Turbotax itself. Strange glitch.

TT could use some extra guidance in certain areas. I cannot remember in what areas at this moment but I did not find this year's use as easy-to-use as in previous years. Even with this in mind I still give TT a good rating and the filling process was the easiest section to complete. At this time I believe I will be using TT again next year.

i was very frustrated with your product this year. i dont feel you have the accuracy and detailed questions you used to in past years. such as 2025 return for hsa references 2024 hsa info reporting. 1099r questions need to be much more detailed and easier to understand so one knows exactly how to answer to get to the right answer. get these states to all allow efile without charging more. thats a bit rediculous and your company could very easily assist in making this happen.

Downloaded versions MUST and SHOULD automatically save as infomation is inputted. It shouldn't only be the online version that automatically saves. I lost close to 4 hours of time working on my taxes when the screen froze and I couldn't save my work. This is TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!!!!!!!

I have a government issued PIN. You never prompt me to enter it and I come close to forgetting it every year. Also you continuously ask me to file state taxes even though I live in Tennessee, a state that has no income taxes. Once you know I don't have to file, please quit asking.

This year was a breeze to install and set up. In years past the download process was very aggravating so this is plus. Keep it up. My return is simple and for convenience I e-file my state return but I think $25.00 is outrageous for this service and I nearly elected just to print and mail it in.

Your requirement that Turbo Tax needed to run on Windows 11 forced me to have to buy a new computer since my old computer's hardware would not allow the installation of Windows 11. That cost me $1000. I should be furious at you and I should have only given you 1 star. But I decided that since my old computer was old, I really did need to upgrade. But I would love to know why you forced Windows 11 on us. I don't think that was a good decision on your part
