I am amazed at the space in my new counter depth refrigerator. It truly surpasses any prior counter depth refrigerator I’ve owned or seen. From my experience any LG appliance I’ve owned had been problem free & stellar. I’m truly delighted with this product.

After having to replace our original refrigerator on the fly, we ended up picking this for it's price. This is our first French door. I love the extra space in the frig area. My only complaint that it had a broken water valve. So, no water for over a month.

LG has the largest cubic storage counter depth model. Price was an attractive selling point but not as nice as our previous LG. Tall items must be stored in doors as shelves are minimally adjustable. Hope we can get 10 trouble free years with this one.

Very usable space inside and very well lit. I like that it is quiet most of the time. We did have a little time where the refrigerator wouldn’t go below 50F and found that a wrapper had fallen and was blocking a vent. Once the offending piece was removed, the refrigerator has worked flawlessly since.

I love my LG Refrigerator. The features I like include the fingerprint resistance, you can open inside drawer when having only one door open (many models have the drawers going all the way across so both doors must be open to pull open drawer), and I prefer the water/ice not being in the door. It is just a cleaner look and the ice is more easily accessible vs. trying to get it to dispense through the door.

I love the fridge, my vegetables lasts fresh for longer in this fridge!! It has great capacity and it is quiet and energy saving. Just evaluating the fridge itself, it is wonderful indeed. I just was 2 little thing to point out: (1) the nob at the bottom to balance the fridge is oddly just at the front end, I have a floor that happened to till slight from the left to the right of the fridge, and there seems to be no way to lift the back end of the fridge unless I cut a small piece of hard object to shim it myself. (2) the WIFI connection to use the app: after a few months I kept getting my fridge cannot be found, but it was still totally reading my energy usage, my door closing and opening etc, I just don't get alert anymore when I forgot to close the door. The only way to get it all correct again was to delete the device and add it back, but when I did that, it lost all my previous history.........I lost half a year worth of energy usage trend.......

We love our new LG Refrigerator. We didn't realize just how spacious this refrigerator is until we actually got it installed and put everything in it from our old side by side by side. We only used less than half of the space in our new LG refrigerator and it doesn't stick out from the wall any further than our old one. This LG refrigerator is really quite also, both the refrigerator and the ice maker. I love the Smart features that is available on the LG App. also. There are a lot of great features and available information on my refrigerator in the LG Smart App.

The refrigerator works fine and had a good price. Instructions are terrible. I couldn't lower the temperature to 33 degrees based on the instructions. Luckily, I found the fix on the web. You have to set the temperature then pull the plug for 10 seconds. I wonder how many think they lowered the temperature but didn't. The conspiracy side of me makes me think it was hidden on purpose.

I had issues with this product within 6 months of it's purchase. Most of the parts are replaced and I still have issues like sudden gurgling noise, loud ice making process, the right door not being able to stay open and occasional food freezing on the top rack of refrigerator. I had a previous LG refrigerator for more than 15 years with no issues at all. This isnt the case with my new purchase.

This refrigerator was recently purchased and the right door is misbalanced or otherwise not functioning properly. The door immediately begins to close after it is opened making it inconvenient to load the refrigerator or take things out. So far I have been frustrated in getting Lg to correct this matter. Upsetting!
