This is my second LG french door fridge. The last one lasted 14 years. The new fridge is beautiful inside and out. Even though the cubit feet is the same, the inside holds much for than my original LG. The doors can hold numerous 1/2 gallon containers 5 to 7 on 1 side. The door stay cold with door cooling technology. The lighting and interior is elegant. My fridge runs colder than the setting, so this is a very efficient fridge. I am very pleased and recommend this fridge.

I wanted a big refrigerator but it could only be counter depth….hard to find, especially with the features we wanted. We are seniors and our backs aren’t what they used be so the refrigerator section had to be up on top, freezer, less used on the bottom. We didn’t need an ice maker so this feature was easy to remove the tray for more room. Our other major appliances were stainless so that was part of our search.

I needed to schedule service on my 8 month old appliance but was not able to get someone to my home until 4 days later. The issue turned out to be a simple software upgrade. Appliance now works fine. I found it unusual that the wait time was so long without a working appliance.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Was forced to buy counter-depth vs std 27 cu ft b/c delievery people refused to move a 28 1/2" depth refrig through a 29" door opening. Payed $100 more, but figure meh, solves uncooperative movers. but, this has narrow shelves inside and huge door shelves --> would have preferred deeper shelves and less door shelf area. Also learned this one uses older, 4-piece-moving compressor design vs newer, single-piece-moving, so hoping it is as reliable for longer haul. Temp control is very good, like all LG's. Oh, the std 27 cu ft has multi-flow vs this filter flow, and would have liked to have had that as well. Lighting is very good inside. Haven't hooked up water line yet, but expect that will all go well, as other LG I have.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] In 2017 we bought another very popular brand 23 cu.ft. refrigerator that we should have been happy with. It was a disaster. The in-the-door ice dispenser meant having the ice maker in the refrigerator. After replacing the ice maker and all it's component parts, that refrigerator is now in the garage to store drinks. The replacement was the LG 27 cu.ft refrigerator with the ice maker in the freezer and the drink dispenser in the refrigerator. Couldn't be happier. More space for food, Better storage organization with shelves and drawers. Bigger vegetable storage bins. More freezer space. And no more painful experiences with reliability like our not so old other brand refrigerator. LG is the best.

Features and functionality are great, have only had them a month do still learning about all the features. Delivery and install team were great.

I really like the fridge, but I have some small complaints: (1) You can't put anything tall on the inside shelves -- they don't adjust enough. However, there is room on the door shelves; (2) the replacement water filters from LG seem very expensive for what they do. I'm not sure if there are off-brand replacements that are cheaper; (3) I'd prefer if the freezer had some better organization, rather than just piling the stuff in there.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Product was on sale and is working great. An exceptional value at a fantastic sale price. The 27 cubic foot french door refrig with freezer on the bottom has a water dispenser inside the refrig and an ice maker in the freezer.

We just remodeled our kitchen, and swapped out our old side by side fridge for a lovely new LG French upper with lower freezer. At first, it was overwhelming... there was so much space! I didn't know where to put things! But that quickly faded as I started moving the contents of our cram-packed old fridge into our beautiful , spacious new fridge. I'm still getting used to the water dispenser on the inside. AND... the app!!!! Super cool - I love being able to customize the settings! If we are going to be away I can turn off the ice maker with the app, I can customize lighting, and even add the contents!! Overall, I am thrilled with our new LG appliances!
