Tired of the same excessive fees and since you advertise "Free Returns" you are trying to capture more young people that don't know how to file their own returns. You will not be Bill Gates and using his model will not work.

Turbo Tax isn't as helpful as it used to be. not sure what changed but I'm not confident my taxes were done accurately or I am saving as much as I could. and the cost isn't much less than just paying a professional to do i.

We have been a Turbo Tax user for many years. The software is easy to use and it provides helpful explanations and/or points to useful sources, including tdimely regulatory updates.

IT KEPT COING UP WITH AN ERROR THAT NO ONE COULD SOLVE - IT REQUIRED ME TO GO NTO THE FORM AND CORRECT THE ENTRIES OR REMOVE ENTRIEW FROM THE PREVIOUS YEAR THAT DIDN'T APPLY

Nice guide through and relatively easy, would be nice to see actual worksheets as you are working on them. Couldn't find way to search the worksheets to compare with last year.

All features worked well except the transfer of Brokerage 1099 information using the import functions. I eventually got it to work but it was not seamless.

Very user-friendly, however, the prints are very small & fine. The page can be enlarged and fill up the 8.5 x 11 page. Numbers should be BOLD for easy reading.

TurboTax helps me a lot to work on my federal and state tax return. The user interface is easy to follow for common tax situations, I wish more help on uncommon or rare tax situations.

I have been happy with Turbo Tax in the past, but 2025's version seemed to be more intuitive and worked very smoothly. The interface with third party brokerages was particularly good.

The software itself is straight forward and fairly easy to fill out. Be sure to have all your necessary docs ready and it shouldnt take too long to finish
