I have already reviewed my experience with Dawn, my Live Tax Advice Agent, who was extremely helpful in answering my questions and enabling me to complete my three returns--Federal, Arizona and North Dakota.

Disappointed that I cannot include (upload) Ohio required Donation Receipts for SGO Donations Credit. I will now get a letter from Ohio saying my Refund was decreased by $1,500 because receipts were not included with return.

This tax year (2025) software was far more cumbersome to use than any previous versions. Constant updates needed to be uploaded and many times I had to go back and redo entries that were already checked and approved by the software itself

TurboTax is comprehensive and user friendly. The text, however, was very small and difficult to read. I couldn't find a way to make the text larger. If the text size was adjustable, I would have given TurboTax five stars!

GREAT UNTIL I WENT TO FILE STATE TAXES -- HIDDEN FEE OF $40 FOR STATE REFUND -- ON TOP OF THE $25 LISTED FEE. VERY HARD (I HAVE USED TURBOTAX OVER 25 YEARS) TO GO BACK AND PRINT STATE TO FILE BY MAIL.

The last step had a little confusion. the form from EMPOWER TRUST COMPANY LLC don't have 15b. the state is VA. but I had to change it to CO, them make it work.

Numerous software bugs and glitches. Getting worse every year. They care now more about selling "live advice" and other high profit nonsense than writing good code. After 25 years with TurboTax, next year I will be using something else

Terrible. What a wretched version is this! Someone needs to fix this or tell AI how to inform users properly to help them find Tax Tools when their screen won't revel such "secrets"

We have had issues the last few year with the IRS requesting copies of forms that should have been sent electronically with the filing. This year depreciation was a major issue and kept generating errors that were not easily fixed.
