I bought these because I wanted to change up my protein shake rotation. The shakes were creamy and had a great, vanilla-shake taste. I saw some reviews say they had chunks of protein maybe they received a bad batch because mine were consistently creamy. I’ll say the flavor is exactly how a vanilla shake tastes. This is my opinion, of course. Ill agree with a few negative reviews: The packaging of the bottle. I had to fight to take the plastic off and struggled a lot taking the aluminum part off. I would like to think have decent dexterity, so I don’t think it’s a “user” problem. Second review was that the shake had an egg smell. But not in a horrible turn off way-but it’s definitely there. So if you have issues with smells it might bother you? It may not. But it’s a nice heads up. Again, I truly enjoyed these shakes I will purchase again. Hopefully the texture stays consistent.

I wanted to love the protein shakes. I really did. Their flavor is actually really good; pretty similar to the Fairlife Vanilla. However, the actual smell of the protein shake in the bottle smells like spoiled milk. I thought it was just the fact that maybe the foil safety tab had gotten some protein shake on there and it has spoiled. But it is literally EVERY SINGLE SHAKE that has this same funky smell. I tried pouring it into a cup which, helps a little, but the smell is still there. I can't drink them because the smell is so off-putting that it makes me feel like I am drinking spoiled milk. Members Mark needs to fix this problem ASAP because these shakes are a great price and they taste good if it weren't for the smell. I will say that the longer you have the shakes, the more they start to taste like they smell, which is even more unappetizing.

I had previously bought the Member's Mark chocolate shakes in the cardboard material and they were good. These I bought by accident and thought they were packaged in cardboard material however these were in plastic bottles. Not only are they difficult to open the shake have a plastic after taste that is hard to ignore.

I was excited to try this but it has a plastic/chemical taste that I cannot get past. The aftertaste is fine but when I take a drink it’s pretty immediate that I taste it. I’ve tried to pour it in a glass thinking it was the bottle and it was still present. I tried mixing in a recipe but still tasted it. I plan to return the case I purchased. I wanted a reasonably priced vanilla option and was hopeful this would be the one!

It’s slightly different than Nurri as far as taste. I find it a tad more “eggy”. Almost having a vanilla custard flavor. It’s good, macros are pretty much the same, I can’t find a difference. Good price and I like the packaging better! Nice dupe Sam’s Club!

This Member's Mark Ultra-Filtered Vanilla Milk Shake is amazing! It actually tastes good straight up, but I use it almost daily as the base in my protein coffee! I actually think it’s better than the Nurri or Fairlife shakes. Very excited to see the new strawberry flavor! Hoping a chocolate, caramel or mocha flavor might be forthcoming…

My new choice of premade shake. I used to be big on the fair life shakes but the price keeps increasing and the quality was tanking. $18 for a 12 pack is a whole lot better than $26 for a 12 pack. The taste is great too and they’re creamy. Just wish they had a chocolate flavor.

Shake is great, tastes good and has good macros. My only complaint is, I don’t think whoever made this actually opened this before. Why in the world would they make you rip a small piece of plastic off the top open the bottle and then have to rip another piece of foil off the cap?!? Now I can have all of these little pieces of plastic and trash all over the place. A similar competitor uses an aluminum can which is great, no plastic, recyclable, and way easier to open.

Just bought 2 cases of this thinking Members Mark would be a good product, the vanilla just tastes terrible! Has some chemical taste, and absolutely nothing like the vanilla ice cream they show on the case. If you have had fair life 42 vanilla or Nurri, those are so good and this is just bad! Please don’t call it vanilla ice cream when it tastes nothing like that . Sadly such a disappointment since I was expecting this to be tasting at least as good as other ultra filtered vanilla drinks. I’m stuck with two cases now, which tastes nothing like vanilla, but a very weird taste and smell.

I don’t know if the product was spoiled or if I just didn’t like the flavor. When I opened the cap it smelled sour and powdery. I thought perhaps it was a fluke and opened another. Even gave one to coworker to see what they thought. Ended up returning both cases as I just couldn’t bear to throw them back.
