This is only a do it yourself project if you're familiar with reading and understanding instructions. My husband and friend wanted to put it together. It took two weeks for them to do it. I would have had it installed but they said they could. Too many pieces and if you're in your 70s definitely have it done.

Excellent product. Parts easily numbered. well packaged. Directions were great, but using the Bilt app made directions even more clear. It took 5 hours to open the packages and sort out boards and hardware. The inventory list in each box is helpful. Extra screws, nuts etc were provided. We did purchase heavier duty concrete anchors to use Beware that the blue plastic wrap took 2 people nearly 3 hours to peel off. Total build time for my son, with assistance from my husband was 12 hard hours (not including sorting and plastic removal.) The only step we differently was the roof. They had no available help to lift into place, so our son screwed the roof panels on from the top. He has quite a bit of building and ladder experience, and he's tall and flexible... it was no problem for him. We are very pleased! will be adding new furniture and lights soon.

We needed a gazebo for our new hot tub. and this fit the bill. I looks better on our patio than it did in the store. Our patio reall looks wonderful now. We had a team (the guys we hired to fo the cement work) put it together. It didn't take them all that long. We couldn't have done it ourselves. Delighted with the results.

We LOVE our 12x14 gazebo!! The kit was excellent, with almost everything pre-drilled and labelled to make it as easy as possible. If you have very basic building skills and can do a simple jigsaw puzzle, you can do this. Only thing we recommend doing differently is to put the roof structure on in sections and then the metal roofing instead of trying to lift the weight of the wood frame and metal roofing at once. Structure us solid, attractive, and a great place to enjoy a relaxing morning and time with friends and family

Assembly required 4 people and took a 5 hours. We had never assembled one before. I'm very pleased with with quality of the gazebo. Some of the instructions can be confusing, careful reading helps I installed my on a concrete slab which made leveling, and squaring much easier. Highly recommend this product. Read instructions over carefully identifying all parts and laying them out first.

Beautiful addition to our backyard but ordered and paid for a 12x14 and it measured 10.9x13.5…hummmm Also the grill cover was supposed to be 4x10 and it is 3.9x10.11. Hummmm. We are very thankful we paid to have Sam’s people put it together and they were wonderful. A lot of warped boards. Very surprised, Sam’ should be better than this or so we thought. Very disappointing about the sizing. Refund some?????

We bought this for our new deck that we had built and love the shade, it provides. I will say it’s pretty labor-intensive, and I had 4 additional guys helping. All in all it took us about 8 or so hours working straight to finish. It’s very structurally sound and actually endured around 80 mile an hour winds a few weeks after we built it. The instructions are fairly easy but we did also utilize the app that makes things a bit clearer during setup. One note, when assembling the roof, make sure you are 100% square or else when you place them on the rafters the holes won’t line up correctly….. ask me how I know. All in all a very well built gazebo and I’m happy with the finished product.

Do no order on line horrible shipping company very disappointed of Sam's club I have been waiting for this item to be delivered almost a month

This is the worst product that I have ever purchased from Sam’s Club. Extremely disappointed as I have never returned anything to Sam’s Club. After demoing our old gazebo to make room for this one it was a total waste of time and money. Now we’re left with no gazebo. We also paid a contractor to come assist with this thinking, we were doing something wrong as directions are not that clear, but they were unable to because the holes don’t lineup and all the wood portions are warped at near the last step at the roof.

Me and my wife ordered the 14x12 Gazebo in the middle of August we received it really quick on August 27th. The crew came I believe the following day. They asked us to cash app them 160 dollars to drill the gazebo in our concrete in which we said was cool. This was the first day(Monday) So we are thinking they are done, since we were told it should only take 5hrs. Tell me why they leave, apparently the couple was aguring and confused the whole time. Then they send another crew out(Tuesday) and they try to put it up. The guy let me know after he was done for today that the first crew messed up a few pieces and him and his boss will be back on Wednesday to complete it. His boss is name Matthew which is the person we cashed apped 160. Then wed come nobody shows up. I called Matthew and nobody picks up. Then he texts me with and then calls me with some excuse that some of his team members are in the hospital. Next, I they send another team out and they came we dont have all the parts, today it is Sept 27. They started August 28th! Reallyyyy. This ridiculous, so I just fired them got my money back and now Matthew won't even cash app me my 160 back, which they haven't even did that. I hired a company off of next door. This guy and his crew has did more than Matthew crew did in a day, and he said Matthew crew had a bunch of parts on wrong, he basically said it looks like they didnt even follow the directions😒. This is really unprofessional.
