I'm not sure what these reviewers are saying because this cheese is not pleasant. It has the smell and taste of dirty socks. I'm not sure why I've had truffles in the past did not taste anything like this. The only thing you can add this to is something with a very strong flavor to overpower the the flavor of the cheese. complete waste of money and ingredients. makes most recipes in edible.

Love this cheese. We love Gouda to begin with but this Gouda with truffle stands out. Very creamy and flavorful.

This tasted really bad. I can't even explain what it tastes like but maybe like when you accidentally get perfume in your mouth. Ughhh, I mixed it with cheddar and it made the cheddar taste the same. So gross.
