The truffle flavor is nicely balanced with the cheese, not overwhelming. It is delicious!

It tastes more like garlic cheese than truffle . It was great with some ham and crackers but by itself it was too garlic tasting for myself.

This may be delicious for some, but we found the truffle bits off-putting.
