This cheese is incredible! The flavor is rich and flavorful. The textures is from, yet creamy and every bite leaves you wanting more. It's a perfect addition to any charcuterie board, sandwich, salad or meal. Your only regret will by not buying more.

I absolutely love this cheese. I'm so glad it's available outside of the holidays. If you like truffles, you'll enjoy this cheese. Makes excellent sandwiches, eggs or anything else.

This is my favorite cheese. Tbe truffle flavor is not overpowering but just right. The gouda cheese is very smooth. Altogether this cheese is delicious

Doesn't hit the good gouda mark. Even though it raw milk, it's not very nutty tasting which is a traademark of any gouda. Won't be buying this again. I do appreciate raw cheese, though. Thank you.
