Gouda is a comfort cheese. It's easy to love and delicious in comfort, food like macaroni and cheese. This version gets a grown-up upgrade with the addition of truffle mushrooms, which truly an adult palette will appreciate. I've never made truffle mac & cheese for for kids so I can't say how they will react to it, but I have become a truffle fanatic in the last five years.

This cheese is incredible! The flavor is rich and flavorful. The textures is from, yet creamy and every bite leaves you wanting more. It's a perfect addition to any charcuterie board, sandwich, salad or meal. Your only regret will by not buying more.

This is my favorite cheese. Tbe truffle flavor is not overpowering but just right. The gouda cheese is very smooth. Altogether this cheese is delicious

I absolutely love this cheese. I'm so glad it's available outside of the holidays. If you like truffles, you'll enjoy this cheese. Makes excellent sandwiches, eggs or anything else.

Eat it straight or layer with apples and some balsamic. Really good cheese.

Doesn't hit the good gouda mark. Even though it raw milk, it's not very nutty tasting which is a traademark of any gouda. Won't be buying this again. I do appreciate raw cheese, though. Thank you.
