This is an amazing cheese with actual black truffle in it.

I'm not sure what these reviewers are saying because this cheese is not pleasant. It has the smell and taste of dirty socks. I'm not sure why I've had truffles in the past did not taste anything like this. The only thing you can add this to is something with a very strong flavor to overpower the the flavor of the cheese. complete waste of money and ingredients. makes most recipes in edible.
