PLEASE, PLEASE, go back to old jug. These take forever to get open, very frustrating. I work in child care facility. We have no issues with spoilage, but it's worth a side trip to Aldi to have an easy open container!!!!!!!!!!!

Even when stored on the top shelf, all the way in the back of our fridge, this milk seems to always start to sour about 3 days before the best by/expired date. Perhaps it's just a handling and temp holding issue that we ran into as a one off, but it's happened at least 2 times and that's enough for us to prefer milk from other grocery stores.

For a few orders, the inner seals were open. Had to return the jugs. Not sure if it was packaging issue or they were tampered with. I check the inner seal now before buying and recently they have been secure. Milk tastes like milk and the expiration date is pretty good for regular consumption times.

I can drive 3 blocks to local Walmart and pay 25% less for my Great Value milk. Sams milk is fine, but not at this price. I should be able to get my milk from my Sams for the same price or better than Walmart. I pay a membership for a higher price! How does this make sense?!? !That makes no sense to me. It is ridiculous.

For whatever reason the Whole Milk from local grocery stores spoiled prior to expiration date. This happened so many times, that we checked our refrigerator to make sure it was operating properly. I thought I would give Members Mark Whole Milk a try and it is fantastic. I refuse to buy any other brand. It is fresh, creamy and does not spoil prior to the expiration.

Members Mark milk is not too good. My husband has arthritic fingers and the carton caps are very hard for him to unscrew, and he cannot rip off the pull tab under the cap. Terrible carton design. Only buy milk here if I am at the store and have to in order to get by another day until I go elsewhere

I love the milk, I love the container shape, but the piece you have to pull off under the cap is nothing short of impossible to get off. The plastic piece you grab and pull just tears off the rest of it. I always have to cut it with a knife and then peel it off. They need to fix this!

Honestly I stopped getting this milk and went to organic however I felt the organic wasn’t as creamy as before and that there wasn’t much of a difference in flavor so I had come back to this one, the price however could come down some especially when Walmart is cheaper or our local market I mean we do pay club membership we should have club prices on everything too.

the quality of the milk is very good it lasts way past the expiration date. if you do have something that is spoiled Sam's club will take it right back and give you a refund on the product. I quit picking up milk at other stores because most the time it would spoil 2-3 days after expiration or on that day.

We buy this milk for my family , especially little kids . Must we resolve our issues violence? There is a 100% I have to stab the lid to get milk open. Every time. With crying twins and toddler wanting chocolate milk. Please fix it for The mommas.
