We've had this for about a month. So far, it's been great. Very spacious interior, well designed. Temperature remains steady in the fridge, food stays fresh for a long time. The freezer works well too. Things stay at a constant temperature in the freezer. There's a good amount of room in the freezer even though that's where the ice is. There's more than enough ice for our 2 person family. The unit is very quiet. The only noise it makes is when it's dispensing ice and then refilling with water.

I like the design of the refrigerator and the ice making component. I am having persistent issues however with the temperature of the refrigerator section, which runs too cold and does not match the digital temps that I set. I have had a service call that did not resolve it. The fridge is not freezing items but it consistently has readings just above 32 despite what I set the temps at. I am living with it now but it is not ideal.

Fridge had a dent and few scratches. Otherwise the fridge is nice.

The looks and the performance of the item is good but the waterline has a problem, 2 service calls in a couple of months for water on the floor, LG would not give a new one so trying to figure out the issue.

At 25 cubic feet, the size is just right—spacious enough to hold everything we need, without overwhelming the kitchen. From large kimchi containers to takeout boxes and multiple cartons of milk, there's plenty of room, and the internal layout makes it easy to keep everything organized. The French door design is both practical and elegant, offering easy access and a clean, open feel. The refrigerator was delivered 24 hours ago. It looks nice and it fits. My main reason for choosing this model was the zero clearance hinges and the lack of handles. One side is up against a wall. The right door opens into the door to my laundry room. My previous refrigerator was a side-by-side and I needed to keep my laundry room door open to open the refrigerator door wide enough to open my crisper doors. This LG solves that problem. However, there are some drawbacks. The doors on the LG allow for the interior drawers to open when the door are at 90 degrees, which is perfect but they don't open much wider than 90 degrees and the drawers can't be removed without lifting the full size shelf above it. This is a little bit cumbersome but it can be done. I read through the manual and didn't find these instructions. They should definitely be added. If the drawers were just a little bit narrower, they would clear the door. Because this refrigerator is made for tight spaces, I was disappointed to learn that there isn't an option for a 90 degree hinge limiter/restrictor. I hope they consider offering one for this model soon. I would love to add one to my right door that opens against the wall. Another thing we had to fix ourselves was the entire refrigerator would pull forward when opening the doors and roll back when closing the doors. My husband had to put the leveling feet down to lift the refrigerator off the rollers. This seems like something that should have been done when it was installed. Also, the left door closes really hard and rattles everything inside the refrigerator. I can't speak to the quality yet as I just received it yesterday. Time will tell.

So far, 3 weeks in, I love it. Ice, cold water and it works well.

LG refrigerator broke after 8 mths. Took 4 wks to repair which is where the problem is and why only 2 stars

No complaints in the first week. We are liking the space and the functionality so far. Nicely lit inside.

I love this model, I love the water dispenser inside the door, I like the ice tray and have a scoop for the ice. It seems to keep lettuce and other foods fresher longer. I am very happy!
