Great overall but looks fantastic!
We purchased the unit without handles. It looks really great and fits into the space perfectly. Actually looks like a built in fridge. Finger prints do unfortunately show up but they are easily wiped and not as bad some other fridges I've seen. Since I came from using a fridge that had a door at the top for the fridge and a door below for the freezer, this configuration is taking some getting used to. The biggest difference being that I now have to open two doors if I want to see the entire contents of the fridge. Just something to bear in mind. I like the feature of the beeping if the fridge door is left open. That is helpful since the doors don't seem to naturally drift closed like the older fridges did. So far, the fridge is AMAZING at keeping perishables fresh longer. I have really noticed the difference. I like the layout of the inside of the fridge and the shelves can be moved if needed. The freezer is a bit smaller than I imagined it would be but it can work for a smaller family I think. It's very quiet, looks great and works well so far!

Great fridge
Enjoying the new fridge. Going from a full size to a counter depth, I was skeptical but it still has lots of space. Love the inside water dispenser. The only thing is I wish the upper freezer shelf pushed all the way in when fully open. Sometimes hard to get a bottom back.

Fits our space so well
We have an older home, and even with installing new kitchen cabinets, the fridge space remained tight. Our last Fridge last 13 years, and we just got tired with how much it stuck out from the cabinets and encroached on our space. This fridge fixes it all. Spacious and well designed
We've had this for about a month. So far, it's been great. Very spacious interior, well designed. Temperature remains steady in the fridge, food stays fresh for a long time. The freezer works well too. Things stay at a constant temperature in the freezer. There's a good amount of room in the freezer even though that's where the ice is. There's more than enough ice for our 2 person family. The unit is very quiet. The only noise it makes is when it's dispensing ice and then refilling with water.

It's a good fridge, I wish the shelves were more adjustable, they really only have the two options. It means for my taller container they have to live in the door. But overall good fridge

Need an extra half inch height clearance
The fridge itself is nice. Very quiet and good storage capacity. Wished it was more clear that the power cable comes out from the top of the fridge so you need an extra half inch height clearance in order to feed the cable to the wall outlet. Had to remove the cabinet above the fridge to fit in the slot.

Water Dispenser NOT FUNCTIONING
The water line has been attached to the Fridge. The Ice Maker works fine however. the Water dispenser is not Functioning. Will be calling LG Support today (September 22nd, 2026

Nice fridge
Great fridge in almost every way. It is NOT zero clearance as advertised. We have a wall on one side where the fridge goes and had to pull it out past the wall or the door would not open.

Poor quality
The finish on the doors is so poor that my kid moved a fridge magnet and now the door is scratched! The scratches are clearly visible and can't be removed now. Choose any other brand and stay away from LG!
