ASHA, the hearing devices connection for Android, is sadly not available on all Android phones. We understand this may be inconvenient for some; however, we want to ensure that all our customers have the best connection possible. Life expectancy for a battery on a hearing aid is an average of 5-7 days for any hearing aid. The real time expectancy will depend on a couple of things, ie. streaming, power of prescription, how many hours you wear them a day. Beware of extra cost to get the right size

The Engage BT streaming function worked very good for me on phone calls and streaming. it changed over from hearing aid to streaming audio automatically as needed. The receiver wires are too long, unfortunately. They include the measuring tool with the aids to check length. I needed a #1 wire length, but these come with only a #2. They want to charge an extra $150 per pair for the correct length wire I need, and said I need to go to Sam's club to purchase wires in person. I tested Lexie B1 at the same time. The noise reduction of B1 is better to me, but has no BT streaming like the Engage has. Lexie did ship me the shorter wires I need for free, with a much better fit now..

The app is almost useless

I like how they sound and work, but the app is very buggy and unstable. As others have stated the app is the issue. They have a VERY short list of approved phones. I have Bluetooth that I use for streaming music etc... I almost never have issues. This app disconnects and will not reconnect without jumping through hoops like force stopping it over and over and over. I have restarted my phone, reinstalled the app etc. if you are like me and want the features offered by the app. This probably isn't the hearing aid company for you.

Wonderful Hearing Aids at a great price!

I have moderate to severe hearing loss. I've been using these for a few weeks now and absolutely love them! I had no idea how many sounds I was missing. I now can enjoy hearing music, bird sounds, my cat's meows, and of course my spouse. :-) They are very discrete and the sound quality is nice and clear. The App to control them took a little getting used to, but now I really like the flexibility and customizable settings for the sound frequencies it provides. You're able to enhance the frequencies individually to your own liking. I highly recommend these hearing aids.

Great

I have own Lucid hearing aids for years. I just got these last week and so far they are doing great. I have had to change the settings for what works best for me. I have moderate hearing lost myself and I am very happy with them. I would recommend them for someone who has mild to moderate hearing lost. I just hope that these will last as long as my last pair.

Takes a lot to get them fitted and he’s to them if you wear glasses. I put them up for 3 months and decided that I paid a heck of a lot of money so I better use them. Bought in college station and I was told that it would help the ringing in my ears, not so. Had them adjusted at Waco Sam’s and things are better. Jury still out.

Execelent product

I have had these for over a month now and enjoy them and the follow up service from Laurie at Sams in Las Cruces NM. This the second time I have purchased hearing aids from Sams and the OTC ones are better than the first set I purchased.
