[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a few different exfoliants I use but I've had a hard time finding one with small particles to really scrub. This fits the bill on that. I have the Hydro Boost cleansing gel and like it so I figured I would like this as well. It leaves my skin feeling smooth and clean but not stripped and dry. It's probably gentle enough to use every day but I personally prefer not to. This is great before a mud mask, I felt it prepped my skin wonderfully.

I just purchased this exfoliating scrub to give the Hydro Boost line a try. The exfoliating scrubbers are super small. Feels like grains of sand in the cleanser. I wasn’t sure if it would do anything, but I really do feel like my face feels more smooth, soft and supple after use! I do feel like it deep cleans and my face has felt really moisturized since starting. I haven’t had any dry patches and feel like I have a more healthy, dewy complexion!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used the Neutrogena Hydro Boost Exfoliating Cleanser it has left my skin feeling clean and has remove unwanted dirt and oils that has been left on my skin. I love how easily it absorbs into my skin and I am happy to test this product on behalf of receiving it from the Home Tester Club in exchange for my honest review.

I purchased this product and used for THREE DAYS! On day three my neck broke out, my face felt like sand paper, and turned red. I immediately stopped using it. On Day 4 I have patches and what looks like burns on my face. My face is so irritated! I do not have sensitivity to any soaps or products...until Now.

Sadly, I did not read the reviews before using this product. My skin is usually smooth and glowing. Thanks to this product, it is now bumpy, red, and painfully dry. My entire face feels and looks chapped. I had to cancel my engagement photoshoot today because of this product. I'm so disappointed in Neutrogena and cannot believe they have not pulled this from the shelves after multiple bad reviews about painful reactions. I'm supposed to go wedding dress shopping in 2 days. Hoping this product doesn't ruin that too.

This cleanser left my skin burnt, literally, like an acid burn. I barely used that much cleanser, and used a lot of hot water, and it still left it very burnt. It was very red, irritated, inflamed, and overall not very happy! The combination of acids, for one, is almost like something not kosher. Mixing hyaluronic acid with a glycolic, lactic acid, papaya enzyme or any kind of acid you would use to exfoliate is not good at all. Hyaluronic acid is a very moisturizing acid. Because glycolic and lactic acids are used for exfoliation, using the two and possibly having them mix together can possibly cause adverse reactions. They do two different things and it is just way too much. Not to mention using hydrolized potato starch as an ingredient is also, like, I don't know why you would put hydrolized potato starch in a cleanser. It barely exfoliates, barely has any exfoliating granules or beads. You can barely feel them at all. I only used this cleanser three times and each time it left my skin more irritated than the last time. If this cleanser got rid of the extra exfoliating acids, and used more granules, and also got rid of the hydrolized potato starch, and kept the hyaluronic acid, it'd be great. I'd use that cleanser. And it probably wouldn't burn my face. I was afraid my eyes would get swollen. I had read the reviews before trying it but decided to give it a chance. Never again.

This product is amazing for exfoliating,I use this product once or twice a week to exfoliate my skin and the results are incredible.Its a very economic product as well as effective. I recommend to buy this product to exfoliate your skin which is essential in skin care routines.

I was in the market for a new cleanser & stumbled upon this one due to the fact that my skin is usually dry. I figured I would give it a shot & I am so glad I did. This cleanser makes my skin feel amazing. It feels so clean upon using this product & extremely smooth. It looked better after the first time I used it. Even though it is an exfoliater, it is gentle on your skin. Highly recommend this product!

Love this product Especially to wash my face after a long day of wearing my make up. The product leaves my face smooth and hydrated it does not dry out my skin. I have very sensitive skin and it does not irritate it and it leaves it feeling so soft and no redness I definitely recommend especially if you do have sensitive skin and it leaves you feeling refreshed.

Use this almost daily! It’s gentle enough for my skin and doesn’t make me feel dried out or make my skin feel tight. It helps with my dry spots on my cheeks and I love the feel of it, it’s more of a gel and the exfoliating aspect of it isn’t very harsh!
