[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the small grainy feel of the cleanser. The smell is refreshing . I use the cleanser at night before bed during my shower every 2 to 3 days because I have sensitive skin. I use this product in addition to my regular soap.

I love this cleanser so much!! Its a nice, clean, fresh scent. It's got micro exfoliating stuff that gentle exfoliates and then melts into a lather. After you rinse your face is fresh, smooth and super hydrated. My skin feels so soft it's nuts. I noticed I get less greasy throughout the day as well. Highly recommend it

It feels refreshing and leaves my skin feeling clean, soft, and smooth. It has hyaluronic acid which helps with locking in moisture. It does have a scent to it but it's not as strong. I only use it like once or twice a week even though it's safe to use every day I only use it at night as an exfoliator and use spf protection or moisturizer the next morning.

I love this exfoliating cleanser. Its rare to find a cleanser that wipes out all the dirt, grime, getting deep into the core, without any harshness. Neutrogena Hydro Boost is super gentle on your skin, and will leave you feeling freshfaced, smooth and clean. It smells fantastic, without being over- bearing. Just a very light scent that lingers. I love this cleanser. And may I add, no break outs since I've started using this. Huge bonus!

I’ve used other Neutrogena products before without issue but I have sensitive skin so I am usually cautious. Utliamtely, I wish I read the reviews before purchasing because I am having the same dry, peeling, scaly skin issue on my chin and around my mouth. Needless to say I’m extremely disappointed.

This is my favorite for a mold exfoliation cleanser. It immediately makes the skin feel softer and look refreshed. A little goes a long way. It smells fresh and works great on lifting away makeup. Ot also work wells with face scrubbing brushes. Will continue to use this product

I purchased this product thinking I would fall in love but the opposite happened. My face looks as if I have a chemical burn all over. It's red, scabby, has a burning sensation and feels very tight. I went to work and stayed far away from my co-worker because now my face looks awful. I've purchased other things from Neutrogena but based off how I look right now, I am done with these products.

So I bought this because I was really interested in the hydro boost and I wanted to see if there was really any benefit from it. This particular product did a pretty good job at exfoliating and it is rather gentle, I wouldn't say that it's my favorite.

I recenlty purchased this face wash, and after about 4 days of use (2x per day), my skin is burned. I do not have sensitive skin and can tolerate just about anything. This product has irritated/burned my skin so bad, I have patches all over my face. I have used the Water Gel & Hydro Booster Mostrizer since it first came out and love it. Never had an issue until I used this. If the burn does not clear up in a few days, I will have to see a Derma to get medication.

I recently bought seeing that includes papaya extract and glycol acid (both of are good exfoliators). When I used it, the base gel cleanser seemed very similar to other expensive exfoliators i have previously used. However, the micro beads are a bit to harsh for my skin. I was left red cheeks and one or two small pimples. Didn't dare use it a second time. Surely, would have been better without the micro beads.
