Without it the attachments are very sloppy and since they are aluminum in my opinion all the wobble and movement are going to eventually make the hole much bigger. Otherwise it is a great appliance.

It has already made mixing cookie dough and other recipes SO much easier! I am 62 years old and my only question is......how did I cook all these years without this amazing kitchen tool?!! It is AMAZING and has made my time in the kitchen so enjoyable!! I use it every week to mix breads, cookies, muffins and grate veggies— one appliance to make carrot cake or zucchini bread!! Saves time and money!! Truly worth the investment! Wish I had done it a lot sooner!

But it definitely isn't as big as you think. It fits nicely on my counter for easy access. I use it all the time for making cakes, cookies, mashed potatoes and breads. My first recipe made with this was The Banana Magic cake which required full mixing of ingredients and stiff whooping of eggs. Three techie came out perfect. Can't wait to buy the pasta attachments.
