[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this 7 months ago and so far I love it. In the past, I did not want a stand mixer because they take up so much counter space. However, the handheld mixer became an issue for me due to shoulder issues. I love my KitchenAid stand mixer. I made a cover for it and keep it on the counter all of the time. It works great and is easy to use and to clean. I do have one negative comment. The attachments do not reach the very bottom of the mixing bowl and the bottom needs to be scraped in order to mix the dry ingredients well. Otherwise, it is perfect for my needs.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The KitchenAid mixer that we bought 30 years ago still works fine, but we wanted to have a second mixer, as a back-up. Unlike many families today that don't cook much, we cherish the favorite recipes of our mothers. We appreciate the sturdy metal construction of both our mixers and expect the new one to last another 30 years. I learned about adjusting the screw in the articulating elbow of the mixer, to adjust the height of the paddle. This needs to be reinforced because I have already seen a Youtube where the reviewer thought her KitchenAid mixer was defective because the paddle grated on the bottom of the bowl - easy fix with the adjustment of the screw.

We always had a Kitchenaid dishwasher, mixer, etc. When I got married in 1985 my mom gave me a Kitchenaid stand mixer. I was young and didn't appreciate a good appliance yet. I returned it and bought a tent! The tent was well used, but is long gone. I've hand mixed most of my recipes for the past 35 years, wishing I'd kept that mixer! This year I finally have a brand new Kitchenaid Artisan stand mixer. I love it!! My baked goods are now light and fluffy... using the exact same recipes! It's amazing to think that a mixer could improve the quality of the food!

It is so simple to use and is truly a work horse. I am loving my new hobby of baking and am so happy to have my Kitchenaid helping to make it so much fun.

Everyone had come to love to use it, and taking it didn't seem right. So, I got a new one for myself. Love the many uses but my go to is for making frosting for cake decoration. Before my Kitchenaid I must have burned up a half dozen hand held mixers.

I've waited to buy this machine for a very long time and finally took the plunge. This has been the worst online purchase ever. One email saying it's delayed, then no word. After a phone call and automated system saying it has shipped but no tracking number. Help line is over an hour and STILL no information and not a follow up email. The credit card was charged a while ago... Should've done it at brick and mortar.

I've only made ice cream so far and it's been a learning process but my attempt at homemade Jersey strawberry was delicious. This morning I made fresh pineapple ice cream and waiting for it to freeze.
