[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very disappointed, my wife and I were given this mixer as a Christmas present. I have been looking at these for some time however never bought due to the expense of them. We have used this twice once for a cake mix and the second for dough. The time spent with a spatula trying to ensure proper mixing I could have just done as good of a job with a wooden spoon and quicker. For the dollar amount paid for these they should be better manufactured to where no height adjustment is required. I do not feel that it scraped the bowl enough however I’m scared to adjust to much in fear of damaging either the bowl or tool I’m using. In my opinion very poor design for the amount of money spent.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I finally had to replace my 30 year old Oster kitchen center. I purchased the Artisan and several attachments that I used most with my old mixer. I like the power but it isn't as user friendly as my old one, Hopefully I will get used to it.

I can tell you I have used this 3-4 times a week since I got it and I love everything about it! I've already added some new attachments and can't wait to build my collection up even more. So easy to use and time saving! From cookies to pasta this is life!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m disappointed. I thought because everyone owns a kitchen aid it must be spectacular! It’s just okay. Maybe I’m old fashioned, but I prefer to put my spatula in the mixer while mixing. Having to stop it, lift the beater, then mix is not what I consider easier. Having one large beater to clean can be messy. Just not into it. The only reason I gave it 3 stars ia my family liked the cheese cake I made with the mixer. But it was more work than my old one.

It makes baking and making recipes so much easier, especially if I only need to step away for a few seconds to grab other ingredients and still have it mixing the ones in the bowl without me standing over it! It’s the small things in life!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm so happy I upgraded my kitchen aide mixer to this beautiful one. My 'old' was just fine it just wasn't this beautiful color. I'm so excited about the shredder attachment. I think I will consider getting rid of my food processor and just add accessories to my mixer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received my mixer for Christmas and have used it multiple times a week since. I’ve even bought a second attachment kit (spiralizer with peel, core and slice) to go with it! It’s made baking and clean up so much easier and saves me a ton of time. The only downfall is even a normal batch of cookies (18-24 count) makes the mixer jump around. I have the 5 quart but when making cookies I’ve found that anything over 1.5 quarts (once fully incorporated) will make the head of the mixer bounce up and down. So if you’re baking for home with small batches this is a good mixer but if you need double batches you’d want to go to the next size or power level above this. The good part is it gives a little extra arm work out trying to hold it down and the results are always delicious!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my mixer about a month ago & finally used it yesterday to make cinnamon rolls. It worked like a dream. I got all the attachments with it. I have never had a dough hook & it took all the work out of kneading & the roll had a wonderful soft texture. Love it. I had been using my mother’s 1940’s Kitchen Aid & decided it was about time to upgrade. What a difference. My only complaint would be that it is heavy but I am 77 so that may be the cause. Kitchen Aid is the best.
