Worked for about 4 pots of coffee then wouldnt brew. The only reason its getting 3 stars instead of 1 is that cuisinart is sending us another coffee pot. Hopefully that one works.

The first one we owned worked well but this one isn’t callebrated correctly. To make 10 cups of coffee we have to set it at 4 strong! Doesn’t make sense! If we have to make more coffee or less we have to guess.

Coffee maker works great 90% of the time! Only slight issue is when using paper filters they overflow and let some grinds into the coffee (even on 8 cups at medium strength).

Makes wonderful coffee. Only thing I wish is that it would hold programming in memory somehow. Every time the electric goes out, I have to reset everything

Great coffee maker we returned the thermal carafe version as it didn’t keep our coffee warm for 2 hours. This model has a heat plate which keeps our cups of Java warm for at least 3 hours. Very satisfied with this product!

The Canadian phone number for help is useless. It takes 3-4 hours for a return call and he could care less I had a detective carafe. I went online and bought one

Excellent coffee grind and brew. We replaced an earlier model with this one and it has been greatly improved. Had the earlier one for 10 years. The product is durable and reliable.

This is a big improvement from the prior model. No need to clean out the hopper grinder which was required and cumbersome. Grinder also quieter that previous model

Had this Coffeemaker for about 2 weeks now. We love the taste of the coffee. Much "smoother" than our previous grin & brew coffeemaker of another brand that had a blade grinder. No problems with setup, operation and cleaning. So far, so good.

I love waking up, pushing one button, and enjoying fresh ground hot coffee. This Burr Grind and Brew model is so much more efficient than the previous model. It is easier to operate and the coffee stays hot.
