This coffee grinder/maker is very loud, and it always leaves some grounds in the carafe. That said, the coffee is quite good. You might want to walk out of the kitchen until it gets stops grinding.

Excellent product, this new unit replaced another Cuisinart unit that i bought 7 years ago, I will continue to buy Cuisinart products because of the dependability .

The older models were made much better. We use 11 cups of water (12 cups will drain out of the back overflow slot) and set the brew to 4 cups. If you set the brew to the same number of cups, it makes espresso!

The first coffeemaker was defective and ground twice before heating the water; Cuisinart replaced it and we are pleased with the quality of the coffee this coffeemaker produces! Thank you Cuisinart

Coffee is weak even on the strongest setting. The previous two models did not waste coffee beans. I did a side-by-side comparison and it seems that the grind is coarser w/latest model and coffee is w-e-a-k :(

I love waking up, pushing one button, and enjoying fresh ground hot coffee. This Burr Grind and Brew model is so much more efficient than the previous model. It is easier to operate and the coffee stays hot.

Makes a very nice cup of coffee, but I would like more options for the grind control. Love the built in burr grinder. . Grinder is loud, beep indicating the brewing is complete is quiet, cleaning is easy, as is pouring. Keeps coffee nice and hot.

It is so nice to get freshly ground coffee by only having to add water to the machine!! Excellent brewing settings; just a good cup of coffee or 2+ in the morning

My only issue is that if I set it to brew 4 cups, it will still pull as much water through as is available in the reservoir. It doesn’t only pull the amount of water you set it for.

Coffee maker works great 90% of the time! Only slight issue is when using paper filters they overflow and let some grinds into the coffee (even on 8 cups at medium strength).
