Switched from a Barsetta grind & brewer to the Cuisinart Burr Grind & Brew 12-cup coffee maker. There is absolutely no comparison. The Cuisinart is quieter, quicker, and just brews a better cup of coffee. Highly recommend!

We love our coffee maker. It grinds the beans, drops them into the filter and then starts. It does exactly what it’s supposed to do and makes great coffee.

The older models were made much better. We use 11 cups of water (12 cups will drain out of the back overflow slot) and set the brew to 4 cups. If you set the brew to the same number of cups, it makes espresso!

I love waking up, pushing one button, and enjoying fresh ground hot coffee. This Burr Grind and Brew model is so much more efficient than the previous model. It is easier to operate and the coffee stays hot.

My only issue is that if I set it to brew 4 cups, it will still pull as much water through as is available in the reservoir. It doesn’t only pull the amount of water you set it for.

Unfortunately, I can't give this machine a good review - not only was the coffee was weak-tasting, and the grinder completely stopped working after just 2 weeks of use. I had to return it to the point of purchase.

The Coffee Maker and Coffee grinder looks good and works well. Always a perfect cup of coffee. My only issue is the coffee grinds seems to fly out of the basket leaving grinds around the basket area.

be careful in placing the pot . Twice we put it in slightly off center and the filter ran over spilling coffee and grounds all over the counter. Brews about the same as the older model. overall we're very pleased with it.

The Canadian phone number for help is useless. It takes 3-4 hours for a return call and he could care less I had a detective carafe. I went online and bought one

While I do love my grind and brew I am finding that it uses a lot more beans than my previous grind and brew. I have tried different settings but it still uses more beans than I think it should
