I am having issues with the Coffee maker. It is double grinding the beans, it runs, shuts off and then runs again? Also having issues with it not brewing, it grinds the beans and then just shuts off, it does not run the water through to make the coffee. I have to open and close the grind tray, push start, then push grind off, then push brew? I was hoping that this was a one time "operator error" but it has now happened several times for both of us. I will need to return this unit to the store for a refund. I am sad, I owned the same machine, older model, for the past 8 years and never had an issue, until it stopped pumping water. That is why I had to buy the new model.

Received this coffee pot as a gift. I had not clue what a difference a fresh grind would make. I love that it makes 12 cups but can easily change the brew amount by a turn if a knob and the beans are adjusted. Just add the water you want and the pot with do the rest. I will say I prefer paper filters to the permanent filter.

This coffeemaker makes a great tasting cup of coffee. I program the timer the night before I go to sleep. When I wake up in the morning, the coffee has begun to brew while I’m getting ready for my day. When I’m ready to walk out the door in the morning, my coffee is ready, hot and delicious!

Previous to this purchase I had a separate grinder and a drip coffee maker that only brewed 6 cups max. The grind was never consistent due to my not knowing when to stop grinding. It was either too much and the coffee was bitter or not enough and the coffee was too weak. This brew grind machine is perfect! Coffee is consistently great. Doesn’t matter if I’m only brewing 6 cups or the max 12. Coffee is the same! I highly recommend this machine! Best I’ve ever owned!

Overall, this is a great coffee maker. Love the ability to freshly grind beans. All the features are easily accessible, including a nice open area to pour the water. The only thing this is missing that my lesser model had is a temperature control for the heat plate.

Was previously a long time user of Capresso CoffeeTeam products but became disappointed the past few years as the machines had frequent operating issues and ,subsequently had to return (on more than one occasion). We decided to try out the Cuisinart line and have been very pleased with it. My visiting sister was impressed and she bought one for herself !

The coffee it makes is wonderful. This is #2 machine for us. The first one had a LED screen too faint to see the info on it. The replacement stays warm only one hour, not the two hours stated in the user manual. But...it does make lovely coffee. We'll put up with it for the lovely coffee.

This is a wonderful machine. The quality of coffee it makes is great. We replaced it once but that is because it was alerting to be cleaned and we ignored the alert. After about 6 months of the alert, it finally needed to get replaced. I bought another one and will do better

Love this machine. We buy whole coffee beans and wake up to fresh ground coffee in the morning. This model is easy to clean and fill. We always use the gold filter basket. I think the paper ones don't drain through fast enough as we would get some grounds in the pot.

I love my new Cuisinart Burr Grind & Brew™ 12-Cup Coffeemaker! It makes delicious coffee and is easy to use and clean. I’ve setup the automatic brew feature so it’s ready for us when we get up each morning. I love the smell of coffee brewing as we walk in the kitchen! So glad I choose this brand and model. Having coffee from freshly ground every morning is pure heaven!
