Nobody particularly liked the flavor of the turkey. It tasted too much like ham. Ended up giving most of it away.

Well cooked with smoke flavor. Just heated up and eat. I also made turkey soup with it and it was delicious.

This is a medium smokehouse taste. It is not salty. It is tender and juicy even as leftovers. This is my second one and I highly recommend.
