[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] [I received this product in exchange for my honest opinion.] These Concentrated Effect Collagen with Verisol by Youtheory, have been clinically studied to improve fine lines and skin elasticity. The daily dose requires taking 3 tabs either all at once or throuhout the day. They are chalky and good size which made me have to take them one at a time. The only con I have is the size of the dosing amount. It's too early to tell if this product's effects live up to its claim.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I began using these vitamins about 2 1/2 weeks ago and I can already see a difference in the skin on my face. Seems a little bit more tight or plump and just less visible dryness so that's been a nice place. I just also recently got fake nails taken off, so my nails are really brittle and this is helping them to grow in a lot faster and I'm hoping a lot stronger. I would definitely recommend these. They're easy to take and in a convenient container, much better than having to mix a collagen powder into my coffee or into a smoothie or into a drink. This is way easier so I'm more likely to keep doing it.

But these are just as large as other collagen tablets and you have to take 3 for a dose. The tablets themselves taste okay. One bottle only has a 25 day supply and it should at least be 30 for a month.

The tablets are on the larger size, but not too cumbersome. The packaging, however, is lacking. The container is large compared to the fill volume, and several tablets broke in transit.

The tablets are rather large and you have to take 3 of them (down from a previous formulation when you had to take more). They are smooth so they go down easily, however if you struggle with large pills, this may not be for you. I have had NO adverse effects, just not seeing the regrowth I was hoping to see above my temples where my hair is a little thinner. (Previously bought 2 big bottles in a store before this bottle.)

I would love the see the dosage of 3x per day be more concentrated and possibly even in a capsule form. The pill was fairly easy to swallow and dissolved quickly. I'm beginning to notice some improvements in my joints, esp first thing in the morning.
