[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pros: The tablets themselves are a reasonable size, not so large that I felt I was struggling to swallow them. I did not experience any stomach discomfort while taking Youtheory Concentrated Effect Collagen with Verisol. Now that I'm getting older, I'm noticing more collagen loss in my face and under my eyes. I don't think topical collagen products suffices and have been taking collagen powder in my coffee to supplement. This blend includes half the daily percentage of vitamin C and also a hefty serving of biotin. These are all great ingredients for your skin. Cons: My biggest issue is the serving size. You have to take 3 tablets a day which is way more than any other supplement I am currently taking. Also, I usually prefer to take 5 or 10 types of collagen in powder form to cover it all and I can't tell which collagen types these pills have.

I love the bottle that these come in, it's squared off so it has a perfect spot on the shelf in my medicine cabinet. I was a bit turned off initially at how large these pills are, and the fact that a daily dose is 3 of them! But honestly, due to the shape, they go down rather easily and you can take all 3 at the same time, or spread them out throughout the day. As far as I can tell, these are odorless and tasteless, but the effects are visible in my overall texture and glow. I look forward to continuing daily use and seeing if my results continue to improve!

I feel I needed a little more time if I would see improvement in areas like skin, hair and nails. Compared with other products, such as lotions or shampoos. And I was pleasantly surprised. I took it daily as suggested and it took a few days maybe a week to differentiate and benefits. Energy seemed improved. I believe is this is used consistently more benefits would be confirmed. I didn't notice any taste at all.

The tablet is a bit big I had to split into 2. The dosage is high you have to take 3 a day and there is about 75 tablets in the container. So you definitely need to invest in a bigger pack for longevity.

Seems a little bit more tight or plump and just less visible dryness so that's been a nice place. I just also recently got fake nails taken off, so my nails are really brittle and this is helping them to grow in a lot faster and I'm hoping a lot stronger. I would definitely recommend these. They're easy to take and in a convenient container, much better than having to mix a collagen powder into my coffee or into a smoothie or into a drink. This is way easier so I'm more likely to keep doing it.

I like that it uses verisol collagen peptides which have been clinically studied for skin health. There is also a good amount of biotin which not only helps the skin but your hair and nails. I appreciate that it's an easy supplement to stay consistent with. Although supplements are not an overnight fix, we know consistency is key for these things and good things take time. Overall, this is a great option to support skin (and hair and nails) from the inside out.
