I feel like since taking these, my skin looks smoother and some of my fine lines are not as visible. I have also noticed my nails aren't so brittle and growing a lot faster. I love the fact that it's dairy free because I have issues with too much dairy.

Seems a little bit more tight or plump and just less visible dryness so that's been a nice place. I just also recently got fake nails taken off, so my nails are really brittle and this is helping them to grow in a lot faster and I'm hoping a lot stronger. I would definitely recommend these. They're easy to take and in a convenient container, much better than having to mix a collagen powder into my coffee or into a smoothie or into a drink. It says fewer pills but you in fact have to take 3 which is ridiculous because they are huge & abnormal shaped & sticky. Hard to swallow even with several sips of water. I wouldn't recommend.
