While they look large, I take them one at a time and have no issue with swallowing them! These supplements have no taste or flavor whatsoever, although they are fairly chalky in the container. The tablets are on the larger size, but not too cumbersome. The packaging, however, is lacking. The container is large compared to the fill volume, and several tablets broke in transit.

These are a dietary supplement that helps minimize wrinkles and Improve skin elasticity. They are supposed to help with hair growth and nail health. The bottle is an odd square shape with a round top. It's a larger sized bottle and not quite convenient to throw in your bag for on the go. The bottle comes with 75 tablets. The container is easy to open and well sealed. The pills are on the larger size but they are easy to swallow, atleast for me. I know some people have a problem with larger pills so these would not be ideal for them. I like that It says fewer pills better results on the bottle but you still need to take 3 daily so that's quite alot. There was no noticeable weird taste or smell to the pills. I also didn't notice any weird side effects. I believe my Nails feel stronger after using but it's hard to know for sure.. Only time and using this product daily will truly allow you to notice any benefits.

The pills are a little bigger and the serving is 3 per day which is on the heavier side. I noticed faster growth in my nails, my skin has a healthier glow to it.
